That's generous. I wouldn't have guessed we'd be that high after last week.
Let's go ahead and bump that up to 19 by Monday, yeah?

It could happen.

I'll say this. Remember when the Cards were 5-0 coming into playing us in 2012, and we exposed their weakness when we beat them, and they went on to lose like the rest of their games? Yea, that's game planning. Fisher can game plan week to week with the best of them. I know we'll play up to the task on Sunday. But it might be an uphill climb depending on who's at QB.

Any Cinderella story has to start with a desperate situation....dire....almost hopeless you might say....this is our start. If we can't defend our turf....let's take someone's turf....like the Buccs!

We don't deserve this ranking.

Then again - prove it, Rams!

    ST. LOUIS RAMS

    LAST WEEK: 19
    RECORD: 0-1
... and if there are not better days ahead here, then the Rams might challenge 0-16. Sunday's 28-point loss to Minnesota was about as thorough a loss as a team can take. A savior at quarterback is not walking through that door. Sure, Brett Favre might show his face, but only by accident as he spends his post-NFL career traveling the country looking for Bigfoot.

Good news is we play #29 (Giants), #30 (Raiders), #31 (Redskins) and #32 (Cowboys).

Yeaaah. That is comforting that we should be able to get a few wins. Just that after Sunday's thorough embarrassment against a Vikes team that nobody thought would be good... it's hard to gauge exactly where the FLOOR for the Rams is. Are we certain we're a better team than Giants / Raiders / Redskins / Cowboys?? I really need to something this week in Tampa to hang my hat on.

Thank God there isn't relegation in the NFL like there is in Soccer cause by the looks of last Sunday we'll be in the CFL come 2015

pretty accurate to be honest. Some fans are in for a crash course in humility this season.

I loved the fact that Marshall Faulk picked the Rams as his sleeper team in the NFC prior to week 1...hope we don't make him eat it.
