Thanks man. And nope. No warning. No statement or meeting on concerns or the bugs I could improve upon, just basic straight up termination from my current position, which I don't think he has the power to do because the lady he contacted is in charge of hiring and payroll. Not him.

So double BS on his end. Especially not being notified of students having issues with what I'm doing in charge to make changes. I mean crap, I've been there several weeks and worked well with several students.
I would think at the very least they owe you an explanation. Definitely check your student handbook, which is probably buried somewhere in the school's website. There should be a section that covers work study that lists rights and responsibilities. Some schools may only require an explanation while others may take steps that make it harder to dismiss someone.

Well, he did provide an "explanation" if you can call it that. That being not projecting a loving environment and not taking to students..... Which is pretty much a lie.

I can be passive aggressive.
The kind of person who when asked to do a load of laundry for my wife, gets into the wash but not the dryer.
We make the world go round.

Fine! Don't anyone ask me. I see how it is. No, it's perfectly okay. I'll just sit here...alone...and read about everyone else's problems.
