I definitely don't think he is not good anymore. Just not for Cleveland but I guess only time will tell. O think he just needs a fresh start. Won't be here as they continue to say he will be placed on waivers but you still need 8 million to claim him. So for anyone that doesn't want him more than likely no need to worry. I am curious though if you tell a team don't claim me I won't play what happens if you clear then are you free to go wherever??? Maybe you know?

When you watch the video his dad made this week, its actually pretty insane. He is open non stop and still has a ton of juice. I dont buy into the Odell isn't good anymore narrative. Not at all, just watch the film. But I do think he is a super diva and headcase and locker room nuclear bomb potentially. We all give McVay a ton of credit for making superstar players buy into his culture and fall in line... but man IDK if even McVay could do it with Odell. Maybe though.

I agree whole heartedly on that. He isn't done by any means. That said he has been a good soldier up until yesterday but also the browns going to brown. He has quietly said he wants out heard rumours but nothing came of it ever so like Antonio Brown who went totally nuts and was way worse but came away with a ring. I think if he got his wish he would be a good soldier in LA or in Cali per say. I'm curious to see how this all turns out. Rams couldn't claim him off waivers anyhow now if he tells teams I don't want to play for you then I don't know how it works post deadline if you clear waivers I would assume your a free agent.

I hadn't watched Odell close this year at all... but look at the film yourself. You dont think Matt Stafford would've hit Odell for like 10 TDs this year already? It's actually insane. Again, I'm not saying we should sign him, I think he could ruin the locker room. I personally dont think the Browns will cut him because they'll eat $16M in dead cap money. But man the people saying hes not a good WR anymore are kidding themselves. Seriously.. just watch the first few mins of this.

I believe that OBJ can potentially waive some of the contract in order to get the Browns to waive him. That being said, there are many teams that are short on WR talent that would likely put a claim in on him, even if it meant paying 8/m this year. If Van's injury is anything more then just a bruise, OBJ would be an absolute wonderful 3rd WR and Stafford would get him involved. There is no way OBJ is no longer talented, fragile yes, but talented. I honestly don't blame him for not being pleased to not receive targets. Mayfield is not all he is cracked up to be and misses a lot of open WR's.

I'd put our chances of getting him at next to zero though. A) we don't have the cap room currently (this could likely be worked out). B) We certainly don't have a high waiver claim, there is definitely teams that are thirsty for talented WR's with a higher claim then us.

Would I want him, yes. Will we get him, no.

Yea I don't know but if I'm the team bout to claim for 8 mil and I hear I won't report etc. I may reconsider. Don't know though how that works but in sports today seems like the athletes do want to control where they go. NFL talk already tweeted that he will be released but haven't heard anything yet. I'm just curious to see how this all ends rams or no rams just in general.
