Also, why would people comment on an article without reading it? I truly don’t understand that.

i don't think anyone commented on the article. they commented on the seagulls whiffing on their 2nd round pick and being happy about it.

I don't get it. Why is anyone celebrating this?

And yes, I prefer for our Rams to earn each victory against the other team's best. Injuries in the NFL are unavoidable. That said, I'll never celebrate a team not being at full strength.

Doing so intimates that our team can't compete on a level playing field. We know that's not the case.

I'm a diehard football fan, but a human first.

I don't see anyone celebrating the kids injury. Only celebrating that something hasn't gone well for the Hags. They wiffed on their pick. Us Rams fans should be able to celebrate that all day/all night/24-7.

There's a difference in rooting for someone to get injured vs. reacting to a team's misfortune when a player is lost due to injury.

Injuries are a huge part of this game. Players are benched in the preseason to avoid injuries, as well as games after the team clinched a playoff spot.

Nothing intimates our team can't compete on a level playing field. Injuries are part of the game. If our given opponent has an injured player...oh well; still gotta play the game. Every team has injured players every game. It's part of the game!

So, Woo Hoo! I'm very happy the Hags pick went South on them!!!

Because i and others read the thread title and like the idea of a division rival getting weaker.
You get it.

You dug a little deeper. Good for you. Tough individual story.
I get it.

Firstly, where PC criticisms go isn’t a place the mods want us going. So don’t do that.

Secondly, I specifically said that there was no judgment. I just don’t get the happiness at this individual’s demise.

I get being happy that the Seahawks have drafted poorly in recent years and from a purely superficial standpoint that is understandable.

Lastly, it makes little sense to argue for something while discounting others’ ability to make even commentary on that argument. What I offered wasn’t even counter argument or commentary. I legitimately don’t understand.

Again, we aren't celebrating McDowell's head injury. We are celebrating Seattle fans misery. You are arguing about something that isn't happening.

Well, like I said, I didn't understand.

I appreciate the clarification.

Does anyone believe that the Seachicken fans are not celebrating all these rumors regarding Gurley's possible knee injury?

This dumbass has been watching too many YouTube videos.

Yep. Sadly there's a lot of folks out there now who think it's cool to not listen or comply with police and aggravate even simple situations.

Cops do a tough job. There are racist idiots among their numbers but that doesn't mean it's right to disregard basic instructions when they're doing their job. Makes me sad to see those types of vids, I mean I got pulled over for speeding (was a rental car wasn't watching speed) by a cop on a long stretch of road in Nevada a couple years back and the dude put his gun in my face and muscled me down into the dirt to put cuffs on me it was some BS. And I was complying and responding with "yes sir" and whatnot. Once he searched the car and didn't find drugs and realized I was active duty he let me go. I was pretty pi$$ed but I realize these guys are human and the job sucks and some of them are scared/hyped up by different situations.

Just another example of people thinking not complying with police is some sort of game. You can get yourself killed in the wrong situation by doing that kind of BS.

No doubt. And tbh I think Pete Carroll had one of his finest coaching seasons last year. What he did with that roster during a rebuild was very impressive.

I agree. They were tough as nails. Schneider is one of the best in the business too. If you finish above the Seahawks you win the west, so it has been for years and so it will be in the future.

he put a gun in your face then wrestled you to the ground and cuffed you? you have to provide more details to how it got to that stage.

I was cruising over 100 mph in a 70 mph zone middle of nowhere. He thought I saw him but it took him a long time to catch up to where I could see his lights. Dude was sooo worked up lol.

The Legion of Boom was built off of superb drafting. It's pretty obvious they're struggling to fill the shoes of multiple players who have either left or retired, especially on defense.

Earl Thomas- they wont replace him any time soon
Michael Bennette- Frank Clark was groomed for the job but they just traded him. Ziggy is a gamble and their first round pick will need some time before you know much about him.
Cam Chancellor- IDK anyone on that roster that comes close.
Richard Sherman- Griffin is the closest thing and it's not that close.
Cliff Avril- Ziggy? Nah.

So yeah, SEA is definately rebuilding. I think the Frank Clark trade was evidence enough of that.

Couple names on offense are Doug Baldwin and M. Lynch. They haven't replaced those guys either.

The way SEA was going you'd think they were gonna be the Patriot version of the NFC (Lighter version via longevity). Hate to throw the Pats a compliment but their sustained level of success is unprecedented and unmatched. This fizzing out of SEA is one of many examples of that.

(Anyone ever feel the LOB was the defensive version of the GSOT? Both went to two SB's. They both won the first. Both lost the second in a super ugly manner. Both had nicknames that stuck. Both were juggernauts. Losing the SB took a noticable amount of fizz out of the teams. Both lost to the Pats in their second Super Bowls. Both had iconic running backs with though Faulk wasrevolutionary. Seems like there is a lot there.)

Wilson turns an ankle that that team's winless.
Yeah but that's not going to happen. Wilson does not get hurt enough to miss playing time. It's a fact. 7 years straight.
