Who are they? I like you guys ever since you beat Tampa and the 49ers for us. I know Ram fans hate us but you guys have avenged our tough playoff losses to them.

Packfan18,
Can't speak for all but I have been a Rams fan since 1965 and the team I've hated since that time are the Whiners.
It's not even close really though I have had plenty of reasons to despise the Vikings because of numerous heartbreaking losses in various playoff games.
Hope this helps!

Without question its the niners... hands down period end of story. They absolutely fueled that fire with that dirty ass bullshit display on Sunday. Jimmie with an ie ward can piss off with his bullshit headshots on OBJ... and the hit on Stafford was absolute garbage and if Warner isn’t suspended for that then its a travesty. I love to watch good physical smash mouth football, but not dirty. The Nick Scott blast on Deebo was the hit of the year as far as im concerned. Thank the Lord those punks didn’t beat the Rams on their home turf in consecutive games and then the Super bowl too at LA... that would have been something that burned our Ram souls forever.

More accurate question is "outside of 49ers, who are the Rams most hated rivals?"

Most Rams fans hate the 9ers as much - if not more- than they love the Rams.

Man why are you so freakin nice?!

It's the shitters and no one else. I'm over my seething hatred for Seattle. I guess the next closest for me is Ravens, mainly b/c of Harbaugh and me following the Steelers. Also Marcus Peters is there.

All the other teams I don't have a feeling for, one way or the other. Even though there are some I'd like to have success over others (i.e., Giants over Cowboys, Falcons over aints, etc).

I'm with Arky here.

My three most hated Rams-rivals are San Francisco, followed by the Niners but ... most of all, the 49ers!.

Now I consider "hate" to be a very strong word; so, to be clear, I hate the San Francisco 49ers.

It's not healthy; and a lot of it has to do with jealousy. I am not proud but it's the truth.

I go back to 1970. Also disliked Dallas and Minnesota but that had much to do with their playoff-success against the Rams. The Cowboys beat the Rams in 1973, 1975, 1978 and 1980. Dallas beat the Rams in the NFC Championship in '75 and '78 which was very disappointing but the Cowboys dominated both games. However, the Rams have also enjoyed playoff success against Dallas, with victories in 1976, 1979, 1983 (all in Dallas!), 1985 and 2018. Those were all sweet victories that helped to balanced-out the defeats.

Now, to this day, outside the of the Super Bowl losses, the most-painful defeats in my Rams' fandom were the 1974 and 1976 NFC Championship Games in Minnesota. Always thought the Rams were the better team but lost extremely close games.

I don't hate the Packers - I hate Rodgers so when he leaves I can be neutral on your team

Tie Forty whiners and New England Cheatriots
Seattle Seascum
Dallas Cowgirls
New Orlean Aints - only because I hate the Coach
I don't hate the Steelers but their fans are annoying with those towels
And Chief fans have got to stop with that chant

I used to hate the Buccaneers but not anymore since Brady retired

Chokey Whiners

Sea Buzzards

Both of those miserable fans bases largely consist of classless and simpleminded loudmouths.

@Packfan18 welcome
Division rivals are always big
SF & Seattle, AZ hasn't consistently won so they are lower on my list.
N.O is up there especially since they were a division rival for many years. SF has always been a division opponent and shares our state so they are enemy #1 for me
After that Raiders and bandwagon teams, Raiders were in L.A and their fans are world class (less) thugs
The bandwagon teams for me are Dallas, Pitt, and of course NE. NE gets some special hatred they are a hard team to like if you don't live there or aren't a fan.
Oh the pac, I really only dislike Rodgers and the team is really not overly hated until we play. Fans of the Pac in L.A are just always overconfident

1. 69er team
2. 69er fans
3. 69er team/fans relatives, friends, pets, cars, neighbors ,houses, yards, etc

I also hate Tom Brady but that fire dropped a bit with his retirement.

I don’t hate but really don’t like Aaron Rodgers arrogance.

Most Ram fans that I know do not hate the Packers. They hate Rodgers. I used to root for the Favre led Packers.

Teams I don’t like are the division rivals, the Patriots, Ravens and Saints. Even the Falcons and Panthers, who were former division rivals don’t bother me.

Plus the fire does not burn as hot when it comes to weak teams. My hatred for the Seahawks and Cardinals is not as strong as it is for the Niners right now. Five years ago the Seahawks topped my list.

Started following the Rams in the 70s. Back then it was the Vikes and Cowpies. One of those two always seemed to knock us out of the playoffs.

Now:
Dirty Niners by a country mile
Cards
Shithawks
Cowpies

Well respect is often is mislabeled as hate. But that said, I to my very core can not stand the 1) niners. I pity the team that has to injure opposing team players to win. More now than ever before. They are my number 1.

2) patriots because they cheat even harder than they play; it is the patriot way.

3) tie cowboys, steelers, vikings and Commodes (redskins) because well they used to be good and they effed up my childhood playoff memories.

Everyone else isn’t even on my radar.

I don’t hate either of the “Bays”

I don't hate Green Bay. In fact I don't hate the 49ers either.

Football would be no fun without a rival. I can't stand the 49ers, but I don't hate them.

Now, I do hate one team. The Patriots. Hate Belichick. Hate Brady. This team, coach and player are f'ing cheats. They deserve hate!

Pack fan, Rodgers is a bit annoying but I have not really hated the Packers. I am shocked by the depth of my hatred of the Niners this season. That hatred was stoked by the cocky fans and the disrespect after our first two losses. Then, the takeover of SoFi by them and trying to grind our faces in the dirt as we rebuild our fan base. They were in LA/Inglewood, talking shyte about the Rams without getting their asses beaten this week, was embarrassing. I was feeling a certain kinda way when we were behind by ten points in the 4th quarter, but then came back and won it! The win was so fantastic, the Super Bowl is a bit of a let down for me. Even now, Niner podcasts are not giving the Rams credit for beating them, those sorry fucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is my list in order of hatred...

1. Niners (by a country mile)
2. Patriots (Cheating bastids)
3. Hawks (division rival)
4. Saints (Asshole Face, YOUSONOFA)
5. Cowboys (Cuz fuck them, always!)
