BOYS AND GIRLS, MEN AND WOMEN, AND YOU OTHER NON BINARY OR WHATEVER HELL ELSE YOU MAY BE,

Let me just say... WE'RE SO F'N LUCKY to be ran by top notch people. From Kroenke, to Demoff and Pastoors, to Snead and McVay, we're ran by the best people in football. And seeing other teams fans fuss about us doing what there team isn't, makes me so happy and proud. We used to have one of the worst, but now are the best.

This is fun as hell, lets enjoy it while they're here! And not take it for granted!

Sorry I've been drinking and stuff, but just wanted to share my random thought.

After all those years of purgatory with Whoregia, John Shaw, the throatslasher dude, etc., we so absolutely deserve this moment. Especially all the fans that stuck with this team through all the shit, and there has been a lot of it.

What the Rams Front Office is doing, is pressuring every Front Office in the NFL.
Besides all the envy, fans everywhere keep saying either the Rams will implode shortly or they say there the salary cap is a myth. The smart ones respond with, "you have been saying that for 5 years and they haven't imploded." What Pastoor/Demoff/Snead are doing is revolutionary and exposes ownership/front office types as not wanting to try that hard or spend money and enjoy the fiction that draft and develop is the only path to success. The Rams aren't having it, and I'm so glad.

Due to gas prices, I just admit ... I've started drinking Natty Light moreso. Can't go wrong with a 15 pack for $9.. OR sometimes there's specials where you buy a 30 box for $16 and get a 15 pack free.. 45 beers for $16!!

I'm sure I can find it! Might need to switch to that or Milwaukee's Best Ice! Or maybe Bud Ice. Haha.

Everyone says its not sustainable. Yet, 5 straight winning seasons 2 NFC titles and a Superbowl title. Returning with a team that looks every bit as stacked as the championship team for year 6. Teams who do it the traditional way only wish they could sustain that.

Tony Pastoors is that behind the scenes guy not many notice but is very valuable with what he does. He's a cap wizard.

It's a fun ride and I'm glad they're making it last as long as possible.
I really hope Snead sticks around after McVay goes to the booth... I think what he's learned should lead to an interesting reset/rebuild.

One things for sure. There’s no threat of Snead going to the booth.

Editing to say: this is SUCH a must-watch. Not just to hear Eisen say the Rams are a Next-Level franchise ... but to hear him talk about how it affects the division rival we bested in the NFC championship.

Yes it was excellent and I'll observe that I think every Eisen take is worth watching tbh. He is very perceptive and sees what is important.

One addition I'll make to that is the Rams owner matters in all this. As maligned as he was due to the move, Kroenke has been all-in as an owner with this franchise. The Rams are clearly his top focus and his deep pockets and willingness to constantly pay out cash for these restructures and extensions are the base of that winning pyramid.

We are living in remarkable times though for sure. Top shelf Owner, GM, and Head Coach. Top shelf cap/money group. Compare this to '00 when the Rams were faced with a winning offseason and were not ready for it, to this group who are as good as it gets. This is something I will never take for granted. I just hope that Stan prioritizes keeping McVay happy. I do think if McVay were to jump to the broadcast booth that all the top coaches available would be lined up outside Stan's office, and we'd remain a winning franchise. But I want him paid and happy and running this team as long as possible.

The old cliché that says Rams are playing chess while the rest of the league is playing checkers applies here.

These are the best times to be a Rams fan in my lifetime. And I will be 79 next month.

Enjoy this and savor this, y’all. It’s been a long time coming.

Stan truly seems to live by the principle that you've got to spend money to make money. And I'm sure he's going to do everything in his power to keep McVay and his culture around as long as possible.

No doubt. He didn't want to just move to LA (unlike the owner of that team that rents SoFi for their home games). He wanted the Rams to become a premier LA team, if not THE premier LA team. That won't be easy with both the Lakers and Dodgers in town, but Stan has shown through his actions he has every intention of trying, and even getting the Rams to be viewed on the same level as those teams would be a massive success.
