That Lions offensive line is no joke. The front 7 will need to step up so that someone other than Donald can get pressure. I am loking for some Ernest Jones blitzes!

The main thing in this game is for the secondary to be sharp and tackle well. These teams are very close in their passing attacks. Both teams have shown weakness in their secondary play.

- The Rams CANNOT afford any TOs

- Getting pressure on Goff will be huge.

- McVay needs to have a balance attack. It will control the tempo.

Most think this game will be a barn burner...I ain't so sure. Whoever controls the LOS will most likely win.

This game definitely has shootout potential.

As annoying as the kicking game has been there’s almost something comforting about going into the game knowing we can’t rely on it. Touchdowns are the only option.

Rams need to just play their game. Long sustained drives to chill Jared on that sideline. Get him on a couple disguised coverages and hopefully flip the field. We're not too good at turnovers but one could argue we're due to have that type of game.

Their OL is really good. So we need a massive game from AD. AD needs to smell another title and smash.

Should be a fun game. Both teams have offenses that can score a lot and flawed defenses.

Special teams could be a mismatch in this one. Lions bring a solid group. I'm expecting a fake punt at some point. If it's a close game field goals at the end could loom large. Both teams are pretty evenly matched. Player leadership for the Rams could be the difference in getting the win.

I could obviously be wrong but this is my thought process.

Detroit is going to be like home to Stafford. He left Detroit on very good terms. It wouldn’t surprise me if he got a cheers from the crowd before the game.

All of the pressure is on Goff.
McVay and Stafford have nothing to prove, the trade was successful. Goff played in one of the worst SB ever.

Unlike Stafford, Goff left LA under strained circumstances. It looks like Laporta will be out. AD, Turner and Young are going to elevate their game and harass Goff. Remember how Ashawn Robinson turned into a monster in the playoffs? That’s what I am expecting from the D Line.

Or all of this is BS and the Lions roll .

Also, I could cheer for the Lions if the Rams lose.

HORNS UP!!!!

I know this...back-up TEs Hopkins and Allen showed out against the 9er's. McVay needs to have some 3 TE sets he can go to that bolster. the running attack but gets these guys along with Higbeast one or two of them out on pass routes.
