That lawsuit is frivolous. Kroenke, Demoff and the NFL played by the rules. The Rams lease said st louis had to maintain a top tier stadium and if they didn't the Rams could move, and here we are.

I like Demoff. I give him a lot of credit for the Rams being where they are with the GM and coach they have. For the first time since the mid 80’s I feel like theRams can finally be a team like the Steelers. They will have stability at coach and GM. When they do hit a down period, which will likely happen at some point, it won’t last 10-20 years. It’s more likely to be 5 or less and I never expect them to be awful.


We finally have one of the best franchises in the game and fans are angry. Go figure.

Whatever I think of Demoff, the changing of the great logos and supposed lying to move are petty fan based arguments only. I've typed here how I've sided with each and don't need to debate ad nauseum. The beaten dead horse will be buried.

However, his resume is so huge that if he ever leaves he'll have a ton of offers from other teams due to the extensive positive things that will be listed on it. without us having to surrender draft picks.

Massive difference between Oakland fans and St Louis fans.
I don’t think he was lying to try and keep fans showing up....they weren’t showing up anyway.
It was to try and keep some leverage in whatever negotiations were going on and to give the (paper thin) appearance of trying to work it out.
It was going to happen no matter what.

Now they are up against the cap and a contender.
Demoff has operated well in interesting seas for a bit a now.
If he can pull some cap magic this year that allows the Rams to retain a couple of their FA that would be fantastic.

For the record, he may have not shared everything with StL, but I think many of these perceived lies were due to a collective head-in-the-sand approach towards the brewing situation.

I wrote on the Post Dispatch forum that moving back to LA was a distinct possibility 3 years before it happened, and Bernie Miklasz not only called me crazy, but proceeded to reply with vicious attacks on LA and their fans, and BANNED me.

I wrote under a whole new name until the day the shit hit the fan and he turned into bitter boy.

That’s the thing about success though - the misses stand out. When you are a dumpster fire, there’s a long list of complaints and issues that they all blend together. But when you are successful like the Rams have been since McVay - the few mistakes glaringly stick out.
