Good for him. Wish he could have stayed but I think we’ll be okay without him given our depth.

Happy he's at least out of our division, but he's the enemy now ...

$11.25mil a year. Pretty good for safety but barely puts him in the top ten according to overthecap. The length is kinda shitty though for only three years. Doesn't put the Browns on the hook for very long.

Looks like 4th round comp money. Now curious if contracts are lower this yr due to Covid cap constraints, if those comp pick thresholds are lower as well?

Good luck in Cleveland JJ. For the Rams, big money Safety isn't on the radar or a smart allocation of precious funds.

This is a really nice piece for the Browns though. It's going to be hard to pass against that defense.

I loved JJ in the Horns, now he’s partially dead to me wearing that vomit uniform. Honestly, surprised on cash and contract length. He and/or his agent must feel this is the best situation for him.

Might be able to squeak a 4th round comp but I'd think a 5th is more likely. Unless, like mentioned, if this weird cap year throws off the formulas for next year. But so far this has been a fairly typical free agency.

We will miss the guy but we’ve drafted with this day in mind. Treat him well Cleveland.

Gonna miss the fuck out of him, and that's pretty reasonable for him.

I have been a huge John Johnson fan, and thought he was one of the Rams’ best and most valuable defensive players after Donald and Ramsey in 2020.

Expected him to leave but still disappointed.

Now, to be honest, I felt exactly the same way about losing Littleton last year; and I was dead-wrong as Littleton had a bad season with the Raiders.

I do like the Rams’ safety talent and depth. Just hate to see a young veteran, entering the prime of his career, drafted and developed by the Rams, leave the Team.

Damn love JJ to death and supported him among all his doubters. Happy for him and I hope the Browns run That división this next year.

Good contract to have him available in 2-3 years to get another pay day.

Damn. Hate to see him go. Glad he landed on a contender. We should get to see him in some good games this year on TV.

Best of luck JJ, and thank you for balling out. It was fun to watch!
