Ouch! Makes our injuries not seem that bad.

His knee buckled on that play, I noticed immediately. It was a non contact before someone touched him. You hate to see that man, I just texted my brother who's a Niners fan. They are getting ready to mourn already.

Yeah, I wanted him to suck, and the niners to mourn wasting all that money on him - not for him to get hurt.

Samesies. but fwiw at least he sucked ass before the injury. Silence all the, "when he heals up he'll take us to the super bowl" responses from whiners fans.

Jimmy hasn't been able to stay healthy in the NFL. Got injured after a couple games as a starter in NE too. SF was already on its way to 1-2 with him. Gonna be a long year for them. Only bad thing about this is that they get a top pick and will likely be able to grab the younger Bosa.

Wow that sucks. Was probably a lost year for them anyway, though.

Jimmy G will probably be the poster child for bad mega contracts in a few years. Made no sense to sign him for such a huge amount with his little amount he played.

Wasn't it a trade, with signing him for a deal? He'd have been more expensive on the open market/free agency, which I believe he was about to enter following last season..
