That is sad...

I don't like any of the 4 teams remaining, with the possible exception of the Falcons. Am I the only one with ESPNitis? :nono: :nono:

Agreed....living in Virginia I get sick of that. The career of a running QB is usually 5 years, according to one of the announcers. With his knee issues, it may be shorter. He is a good kid and has talent, but he IS NOT GOD.

With Atlanta as my only possible team that I like, and with them having very little chance to even win at home, it is looking bleak.

I am sick as anybody of the rg3 hype, but I don't blame (all of it) on him-still seems like a decent enough kid, and I don't hate Russell Wilson, short dude does good in NFL is a good story. So why do I want some DE to absolutely smash that smirk off craperdick's face?

Hi, I'm Angry Ram, and I've been BSPN free for 2 years.

Except during games.

Who watches ESPN? It for the bandwagoning masses. If I want to know what Brady,RG3 and the Packers did on their day off or 45 minute segments on the Lakers then I might turn it on, otherwise it's local radio and online sites for me.

Pretty much. It gets kind of annoying to watch an hour of SportsCenter during the season, only to see about 2 seconds of Rams coverage after a win. It's like, "Oh, and by the way ... uh ... the Rams won too I guess. Now let's show you 45 minutes of NFC East Coverage!!!!"

I Completely understand, I'm a Titans fan... I'll admit we have gotten more coverage then the rams... But hearing about the colts for the last decade has made me suicidal.

Who needs ESPN when ya got ROD? ;)

Seriously, the interwebs has rendered ESPN and its ilk unnecessary. At least for me anyways.

No doubt.

I guess winning is the cure to all that ails ya though. Back when the Rams were lighting up scoreboards like a pinball machine, there was plenty of coverage about us. BSPN is obligated, I think, to feed the insatiable appetite of the bandwagon machine. And I don't think it's ever gonna change.

Nice plug, Nittany. :7up:

I enjoy watching ESPN. If the Rams were winning at the same pace as these other playoff teams, then they would be getting more coverage.

As far as the playoffs go I'll be cheering for both the Falcons and the Ravens. If the other two teams win (don't even like to utter their names), then I'll be at the movies on Super Bowl Sunday.

Next year: The Rams will be in the plalyoffs only if Sam Bradford improves. He's still not one of the elite QBs in the league. Oh, I cheer for him all right. Wish he had more ability. However, if the Rams improve their O-line, that should help.

Go Rams!! Cheering for the Rams since 1965 when Harland Svare was their head coach.

Welcome to the board, RF.

I, too, will boycott the SB if those "other" teams are in the bowl. As far as Sam's concerned, I wouldn't expect him to be elite yet either. His development was about as organized as a grease fire. Things are settling down now, and he too will begin to settle down. It's like Fisher is starting all over with him, and I'm grateful that he can see the potential. As pocket passers go, he's going to be a very good one.

Thanks for the WTTB!

I live in SoCal with the wife, pets, my daughter, son-in-law and my beautiful granddaughter. My favorite sports teams are the Rams, Dodgers, Kings, and LA Clippers (grew up a Laker fan but in 1984 won a contest and was given two Season Seats forever to Clipper games so what the heck, I started cheering for the Clippers. Love all team sports (except soccer). My dad, bought season seats to the Rams back in 1951 and witnessed their first and only championship season in Los Angeles. We kept the season seats until the move to St. Louis. The 45-minute drive to Anaheim was far enough. Did go to one game in St. Louis, the 2002 NFC championship game against the Eagles. I've been to a half a dozen games in SF and one game in Oakland. Personally, I would love my team to return to Los Angeles, but I'll still cheer for them in St. Louis. I did enjoy my one trip there. Nice city you got there.

Go Rams!
