Game 15 that he has played and look what he just did.

Yeah it's the Giants and they suck. But the Rams offense just fucking wiped the Giants out.

This is a burgeoning force.

Goff's foot work and his look around the field is great.

We have a bit to celebrate here as fans............this is real, it's not an illusion, it's not the result of playing bad teams every week.

This team is besting it's equals and crushing lesser teams. The only bad loss was a close game they almost won after turning it over 5 times.

The balance has shifted.........the three teams that spent on the OL and invested in the draft and went after a QB are on top of the NFC. And then there is MINN. And they are NOT to be taken lightly. They may be the end game in the playoffs.

Right now this is a 4 team equation in this confernce.

That long TD to Watkins proved it to me . 62 yards in the air with a wet ball !

Great point.
I was actually excited to here he was going to be playing in the rain. Should put the small hands complaint to bed.

That was an amazingly perfect throw. So much for all the experts who said Goff had an ok but not great arm.

Looked at the comments on that 3rd and 33 video. What's up with this guy?

NFL history is littered with qb's who caught lightning in bottle for a season when they got their chance, only to end up fading into obscurity. Derek Anderson, RGIII, Nick Foles. Those are just a few from the recent past off the top of my head. Sometimes the stars align for a guy for a year, but no more. Time will tell if Goff can be called a legitimate "star QB", but it's still too early at this point. It takes more than one good season to earn that label.

1. Nick Foles was a systems QB of Chip Kelly's at Philly, who really was exposed late in that first season, but the Rams were too stupid to see it.
2. RGIII was a great rookie, but his HC let him ruin himself in that playoff game(the lower part of his leg looked like it might fall off that game...sickening)..THEN, his ego and an inappropriate relationship with the owner where the HC was pushed to the side as to whether RGIII would/should play....ruined his career.
3. Derek Anderson..remember the name but that's all.

Jared Goff? Thrown to to the wolves his first season with no OC worth his salt guiding him. He has taken coaching and grasped the offensive scheme....This isn't about stars aligning, nor feeling a quiver in our livers...no magic. Goff is legit, period.

Sorry, ordinarily caution is advisable, but with all due respect Goff is not going to fade away into obscurity. He will keep getting better and in McVay's offense is going to be one of the top qbs in the league.

c'mon man, this is as real as it gets. just look at him play. look at the way he moves in the pocket with his eyes down the field. this guy is legit, 100% real.

You know as good as Goff did he's only going to get better.

There was some throws out there he completely misread or misthrew but and I bet he wished he had back. Imagine in a year or two the guys going to be like A Rod a fucking machine just completing passes like nothing! Remember A Rod was still on the bench at this time when he was drafted!.

I remember watching some of Derek Anderson's games back in the day. Dude was crazy inaccurate and that year his WR's bailed him out again and again with highlight reel catches.

I will say this, Goff has gotten away with some near miss interceptions so far this year that he will have to continue to work on or eventually they will break against him.

Goff is for real, my friend. He's not running a new, gimmicky system that the NFL hasn't seen before (Foles and RGIII), and he's proving each week that his mental acuity is arguably his strongest trait (never true of Anderson).

Don't sweat this one. Goff isn't catching lightning in the bottle. This is the guy we took #1 overall.

For the record Goff said in his post game presser that the TD to Watkins was the first time Sammy has run that route.
