Much going on. Sorry to be late. Thought I might be in jail. lol I've got a great Italian and garlic cheeseball going. Also have a great bratwurst chili cheese dip going with homemade low carb chips. Bratwurst chili and a small sirloin roast in oven. Some low carb mac and cheese going later. Getting ready for a big work week. I usually cook ahead for whole week with OT I have. That also lets me eat like a Pagan on game day.. :cheers2:

I posted about this in the Food Porn thread but it was so good and getting a repeat tonight so it fits here as well.

I cooked a true Prime Rib in my sous vide at 134 for 6 hours, sealed with my Hog Wired Rub, then broiled it on all sides.

I had prime rib and eggs this morning and am heating a couple of the bones with plenty of meat attached for dinner tonight. Still have about a 1.5 pound piece sealed for another meal in a few days.

Eating good in the neighborhood.

It's the house salad they give you in the big bowl. Has a mix of greens (none of that weed lookin shit though) with pepperoncinis, tomatoes, onion tossed with a light italian dressing. Then they grate the parmesan on top of it and pepper and serve.

I'd send a pic but it's gone and I'm suffering from food coma now. Well not from the salad but the pizza lol.

Have a bottle of scotch ready in case it's needed. And about to fire up a righteous bong toke so good luck today all and we got this shit let's gooooo!!!
What strain do u have? lol

Some don't like it. It about 50/50 on that. I love it tho..
I have a love / hate relationship with onions.
I love them grilled. They are sweet and flavorful.
I don't care for them raw. They over shadow everything else, to the point where its all that I can taste.
The only time I really enjoy raw onions, are on street tacos and in salsa. They pair well with spicy chiles.

I can't eat them raw anymore myself. Have to have them cooked or sautéed. Sauteed like on a philly cheese steak.. lol Usually onions with beef liver are cooked with them. Tender and soft.. :)

Same. Raw onions do me in.

The only thing worse for me than raw onions is dandelion greens.

The horror...

I have Crohn's, but it's in remission.

Still, I have a very difficult time with raw veggies of any kind, but the spiky nature of the leaf just tears me up... like literally. It's not pretty.

I tried them because they were supposed to be so healthy, but I figure they aren't worth the blood loss...

Sorry to hear that brother. You doing probiotics I hope? Yes no veggies for you unless maybe steamed or boiled. A good friend of mine has Crohn's. God bless brother.

I do organic greek yoghurt. A lot of probiotics don't make it past the stomach and the good ones can get really expensive. But I get good results by minding what I eat and supplementing with the organic greek yoghurt.
