I'll go ahead and get this started too early again this week.

Tonight my wife put together some Japanese Milk rolls that are absolutely sublime.

She works all weekend so tomorrow I'll be slow roasting a brisket to eventually shred up and eat with those rolls.

What do you all have on the docket?

Doing pizzas. Dough's been chillin. One will be pepperoni with heavy onion and some sweet peppers. The other two will be ham and pineapple and a heavy veggy so I can feel good eating leftovers the day after.

Also will try to eat at least a bowl of our "Olive Garden" salad.

I've got my son's in-laws coming over. They came into town for about a week.

I took all the Christmas stuff down yesterday so I don't feel like cooking. I'm gonna go pick up a shit ton of wings from our favorite wing place. I'll get 3 or 4 different flavors. This place fries the wings perfectly... but I always get em extra well done.

All my Christmas stuff is stacked up in my garage in big Tupperware storage things waiting for me to carry it up into the attic. It's smiling at me right now... waiting for my wife to ask me when I plan on putting it up in the attic before it starts laughing it's ass off.

The best pizza chain thread got me jonesing for Round Table pizza.

Since we dont have any of those here, I tried to make one. Cant get any linguica out here so I substituted with hot Sopressa. Then added pepperoni, thinly sliced salami, chopped Capocollo ham, fresh garlic, onions and mushrooms.

Ended up pretty bad ass. Had to cook it alittle longer to firm up the crust cuz the toppings were so heavy!

I made chili in my instant pot since I didn't wanna simma for hrs. So it's that and cornbread for me.

Spaghetti with meat sauce.
Of course garlic bread. I'd be just fine, dipping garlic bread into the sauce and eating only that.

Put the sauce in the slow cooker this morning to slowly simmer for a few hours.

have a 4 bone prime rib roast that we were going to have New Years day but got drunk instead

marinating right now in a Dijon mustard glaze. Will rub it down with some coarse black pepper and a few garlic cloves a few hours before putting in the Traeger grill with hickory pellets

What's in the 'Olive Garden' salad Merlin?

It's the house salad they give you in the big bowl. Has a mix of greens (none of that weed lookin shit though) with pepperoncinis, tomatoes, onion tossed with a light italian dressing. Then they grate the parmesan on top of it and pepper and serve.

I'd send a pic but it's gone and I'm suffering from food coma now. Well not from the salad but the pizza lol.

Have a bottle of scotch ready in case it's needed. And about to fire up a righteous bong toke so good luck today all and we got this shit let's gooooo!!!
