Well the question is, "Is Sam Bradford a NFL starting QB when healthy", if the answer is yes and you think he is healthy enough to return. Then 13 mil is just middle of the road pay for a NFL starting QB. My guess is the Rams will want him for more than just next year. So you can expect a renegotiated contract that will keep him around for several years, the deal will include good things for all parties. It will also allow everyone to feel like they won, including a few armchair GM's.
