You mean on this board or in the media? He pops in here every now and then. As far as putting his face out there....seems pretty status quo to me. Obviously he was more visible during the move and stadium talk.

He's probably been busy enjoying the fruits of his coaching decision. Has to feel good after how painful last year was.

Remember the experts calling the Rams a "full rebuild?" So do I. Again, has to feel good because I know I'm enjoyin the F out of it as a fan.

If anything it tells me Snead is finally in charge as a GM. Though he's another guy who we aren't seeing or hearing much from.

...and that 's the way is should be.

No need to hear from him. If we do, then something is amiss in Rams land.

Careful for trying to even think about giving Demoff credit. He is an evil man.

He is still involved with every aspect of The Rams. He was in the booth with Marshall Faulk during the preseason.
He keeps a positive view. He was huge in finding McVay & wanted Wade to be apart of it as well.
I'm sure he is happier than he could have imagine about the hiring.Rember he was in T Bay when McVay was a kid.

Don't sleep on the fact The Rams didn't break the bank on Aaron Donald. It's we not me.

He signed some bad contracts.

Kevin is simply a good dude and very good at his job too. He is also very in tune with the thoughts of the fans. He actually tracked down the photo I'm holding in my avatar, had it printed on aluminum, placed on a frame, had Fisher sign it for me, and sent it to me. He emailed me about 5 times to update me on the progress. What team president does that?

That's a cool story - thanks for sharing.
The Rams have gone through a lot .He trusted Fisher and believed in the process. Glad Fisher got into it with Eric Dickerson.
He took pride in The Rams history
, and did a great job hiring McVay.

Yeah, but he f'd up the unforms.... bigley. Need to make conplete change or leave it be until they can do full change.

if they were allowed to change the helmets and insisted on doing so, then they should have at least added a touch of gold highlight so they matched the jerseys.

I'm not going to speak for KD... but he does communicate with us here at ROD. We have reached out to him throughout this offseason on several occasions and he always gets back to us right away.

He has done more than one Q & A for us in the past and they were great. One of the things we reached out to him about was a request for another Q & A. That still may happen, but he did make it very clear that he and the Rams are going to make sure that McVay and Snead are going to be the Faces and Voices for the team going forward... not him.

No doubt... that's the reason that you don't see or hear as much from him as we all have in the past.

Demoff hired McVay and gave the McVay the choice to keep Les Snead and he did, all great decisions, now focus on the cap retain the talent and complete that palatial venue for ESK.

Yeah they played that one pretty well considering. Donald should have had a deadline IMO, after which they pull the offer for the season, but what is important is they set their value level for him and stuck to it. That is what good organizations do.

Also I think this whole thing demonstrates the importance of the coaching staff. They can increase or decrease greatly your ability to hit or miss on draft picks, free agent additions, etc. This staff has done a great job and now there's plenty of cred to go around to everyone, even the much-maligned Les Snead.

And for the record I felt he should have been fired before. Glad to say that I was wrong and that I see him much differently now. He and his staff have done an excellent job as part of an overall great organizational offseason to remake this team.

I am so impressed by this product and the best part about it is unlike 1999-2001 where we had a pack of clowns running the organization that couldn't help but F up a good thing, this time around it looks like the right people are in place for this team to matter for a long time. Our window is just opening, and man that scene beyond looks bright.

So.....does that mean we could get a Snead or McVay Q&A????
I know that'd be near impossible, but a guy can dream right???

I'd rather see either of them for a Q&A versus Demoff. Get your musty azz to work on that.

Demoff hired McVay and gave the McVay the choice to keep Les Snead and he did,

I didn't hear that McVay had the option to keep Snead or have him let go.

IMO a bad thing to offer him, why would they do that?

Me either - not sure I believe it - but if it IS true, good on McVay.
Snead is the real deal, imo.

Hey - BTW - that is our own @Selassie I to my right and my dad on my left. I had three generations of Miller Ram fans there and George had his son @Ramrasta there too. That was the fourth and one play where we stopped Lynch for -1 yd on 4th and 1 in overtime to end the game on opening day in St Louis. A bunch of you guys were at that game.
