so it sure seems that the Bears were overlooking the Giants. Love it.

I hope Goff finds his accuracy before next Sunday.

There's no way the bears lose that game with Trubisky in there.

The Giants have quietly won 3 of the last 4, since picking up Jamon Brown. Their only loss was a close one to the Eagles.

i think playing with their backup QB vs a much improved giants team is the bigger reason for the loss IMO

Nah, teams have overlooked easier teams by looking ahead toward tougher opponents. It happens.

Jamon Brown had issues early last year, but I do recall that he was the #1 rated OG in pass protection from week 5 on.

That said, Kromer clearly wanted something else AND Blythe balled out. If Blythe didn't ball out, I think Brown is still our RG.

Yeah.. it's called back up QB.

Going to be tough to win 2 in a row with back up in there...

It's used to abbreviate possible explanations as to why a particular, "superior team" might, either play, or you don't." Real time saver.

And that's not a trap per say. A trap would imply somthing the bad team set up to catch the good team off guard. This is a good team just shooting themselves in then foot.

But trap explains why. People like to know why. Why their popular flashy dickhead cocky team lost to the lowly Rams, for example.

Trap Game you say?

There is no trapping in the NFL. It's a professional team going out and trying to win a one week out of 16. Very simple. Nothing 'special' they planned or did to win this since their opponent have a hard opponent the following week.

Actually, it was the last 5 games of the season. Brown was coming on strong and I hate that we lost him!

An angry bear is a bad bear.

I will take Bears and the line, 100%, if Trubisky plays.Rams played so bad, and so did Bears--this should be a mongo game. However, I hate the sub 32 temp for Goff.....another bad stat day coming, unless....well, we need Kupp.

On one hand, it gives the Bears a bit more motivation to come out swinging on Sunday night, if that means anything.

On the other hand, it basically guarantees a top 2 seed and with that a bye week in the playoffs.

Thanks Giants.
