I know a guy who got a negative test with a paper print out.
On the back is said the CDC does not recommend healthy people where masks or face coverings.
Fauci waffles on this endlessly and is a fraud. Dr Fraudci.
They all should have been honest and just admitted they don’t “know” shit.
But you know, there are whole segments of society that love to be afraid and fear mongering always sells.
How did we as a society deal with yellow fever, measles, polio, rubella and a whole host of more dangerous diseases than this before vaccines?
Quarantined the sick and the healthy went about their business and were as careful as they could be.
No mass shutdowns.
No school closings.
What has changed?
A lot.
Part of what has changed is society at every level is run by POS lawyers.
We have become amazingly soft.
We’ve had decades without (thankfully) having to deal with large spread infectious disease threats (not counting the seasonal flu).
Decades of zombie and virus movies and shows have primed the paranoia pump.

I just read something that suggested erectile dysfunction may be a symptom for people who recover from Covid.

99% of coronavirus deaths are people with poor health before infection. Most people recover. Deaths in the US is under 50.

400,000 people died from overdoses of opiods last year. Doctors in Tennessee wrote over 8 million perscriptions for opiods ast year. The population of Tenn. is only 6 mil.

Look man. In S Korea, and many Asian countries, mask wearing was already common to deal with seasonal flu and hay fever. So people leapt to wear them following the COVID-19 outbreak as a simple, already practiced course of action. In the US, we were directly told by Fauci, the CDC, WHO, and our own Surgeon General NOT to wear masks all the way into April. Many of our leaders on a local and National level said the same thing.

It’s too late to do what they did. They annihilated it early by not giving that advice to their people. They also have healthier populations, smaller populations, and also never locked down their economies. It’s not comparable, so stop comparing it. Sweden had very loose restrictions, never locked down their economy, and weathered the storm to the point that it’s manageable for them too. As “cases” surge a little, they tighten restrictions a little, without imposing draconian measures, fines. or the threat of jail. Should we NOW do what they did too? No, because it’s also too late for that. Our “experts” dropped the ball. Plain and simple.

People also act like there’s this huge swath of the population here that just refuses to wear masks at all. That’s not the case. Private enterprise requires it. People comply or they don’t shop or eat out. The ONLY thing we can do is weather it now. Stay apart, wear them when you have to, and stay isolated if you’re vulnerable, old, or immunocompromised. Locking down the economy isn’t one of the measures we can take. And it shouldn’t be. It’s just not that deadly for healthy people, children, or anyone under 65. We’re doing all we can do now, so pointing at Countries that did it differently accomplishes what exactly? Can’t put the toothpaste back in the tube, so stop trying.

There’s very little territory in the Country that isn’t covered with a mask mandate right now. However, of those States that have mandates, “cases” are still rising. You can’t stop it now. You very likely won’t die, but you still can’t stop it. The idea that we just gotta have a federal mask mandate is completely contradicted by data. New cases are not only coming out of mask-mandated States, but they actually account for most of the new “cases” DESPITE that.

So either the experts were wrong when they said masks don’t work and then changed their mind, or they were right when they said it in the first place. Either way, data doesn’t support anything they say or said then ... or now. It’s nature. It’s gonna nature no matter what we do.

Lock everyone indoors? Wanna do that to control nature? I guarantee that would have a much more negative impact on people than just staying the course. Not only would it tank the economy, but it would devastate businesses and families. Depression, suicide, drug abuse, alcoholism, domestic abuse, destitution, etc., would all skyrocket.

Imagine that. The power structure that thirsts for more power and a desire to be completely relied upon, would step in and philanthropically assist. How benevolent. As for the article, I skimmed it and stopped at the word “might”. It “might” cause sexual and reproductive problems. Let me ask you this. Where’s your line on the fear porn? Meaning, at what point do you say, “Wait. Is this really this bad? Or is something else going on here?” Or is “the science” all infallible doctrine now? Serious question. Are you just gonna accept everything that comes out now in the face of knowing that there is only a very specific demographic that’s vulnerable to this?
