Can we please quit calling upon Jeff Fisher every single game when somthing isn't going right. He's gone and I'm tired of hearing Mcvay and this offense being slammed with comparisons to Fisher just because. Sorry rant done

I stand by my statement that faking a punt from your own 30 in a tight game was damn Fisherish.

Loser: Jeff Fisher
The best quarterback in Week 10? Jared Goff, who went 25-for-37 with 355 yards passing and three touchdowns, including this 94-yard bomb to Robert Woods:

Goff started off poorly but had a stretch in the third quarter of L.A.’s 33-7 win in which he went 8-for-9 for 182 yards and three touchdowns. The Rams are 7-2, on top of the NFC West, and Goff is leading the NFL in yards per attempt.

The second-best quarterback in the NFL in Week 10? I’d cast my vote for Case Keenum, who threw for 304 yards and four touchdowns.

Leading the league in yards per attempt?! Shame on him, he's supposed to be a game manager right? I mean its not like he throws intermediate passes that elite quarterbacks risk doing. Because I mean if he did...he'd be a quarterback and not a f*cking game manager.

I have said it once and I will say it again.

Rob Boras was the worst offensive coordinator in the history of the NFL.

Although Fisher had a horrible offensive mind, his worst mistake was making Rob Boras his offensive coordinator and that is mostly why he ended up losing his job.

Where is Rob Boras right now? As a Tight Ends Coach.... In Buffalo. Brrrr.

Let's be honest, I'm still scarred from the 5 years of Fisher, and the previous regimes in Spags and Linehan. I think we all are, so when we see any semblance of Fisher type play, we all collectively hold our breath, and start thinking the worst. The reality is we have a GREAT HEAD COACH who will lose games from time to time, but I don't think we're going to have to worry about the kind of mediocrity we endured the past 5 years. Nonetheless, it's what we've been used to for over a decade, so naturally we'll be quick to say ahh the mirage is over. But I am confident that this is NO mirage and we're going to be one of the great teams for a long time.

With each succeeding victory... with each outstanding offensive performance, my resentment toward Jeff Fisher grows.

The man wasted at least two... maybe three years of my fandom... yeah, others did as well... but, my God, look what could have been if he only had some offensive acumen.

I said it for a few years... if the Rams could just get to middle of the pack, they'd be real contenders. Fisher couldn't get them out of the cellar in offensive output. If there were no free agent acquisitions... and a decent draft this year.. BUT if he had hired a real OC and real Oline coach, guarantee the Rams would have been in the playoffs the past 2 years.

Shame on him. Shame on his control freak personality flaw.

I'm glad that Fish was Fish. He did stock the team with talent (mostly on D) and failed at the absolute best time... we got McVay

I see this McVay thing lasting for a long, long time.

This. I had a convo with a fellow co-worker the other day about this. I am cautiously optimistic every game when the Rams play from the last decade of play. They will tell me that the Rams look great, but I just have to tell them, "We'll See!" This game from the past weekend with Houston. I said anything can happen with a team like Houston even with Savage at the helm and their D is no punk. I am saying the same thing with the Vikings. I hope McVay has done his homework and looked at the Redskins game. The Vikings allowed 30 points last week.
