No, train. Even though I understand why Kurt had hard feelings towards Georgia's Rams organization, I felt like he deserted the loyal Rams fan base after he retired. I was rooting for him even when he played for the Cardinals and wanted him to win that Super Bowl with the Steelers.
But then he retired...
It was reported that he showed up at Cardinal facilities when not working for NFLN, which he has never done for the Rams in LA. There was even a get together, if you remember where St Louis Rams and old LA Rams showed up. The Rams were extending a hand towards its past and Kurt refused. That disappointed me.

I don't blame Kurt for rebuking the Rams

Georgia and her cronies did him wrong.

Even though they are gone, he probably when he is thinking of the Rams remembers Georgia and her cronies.

Hard to get over their shitness.

But what about us? Many of us were his fans during and after he left the Rams. Hell, I still have his bobbleheads and Kurt Warner street sign that I was given as a gift and his jersey from 2000. I loved the guy and am still pissed that Martz and crew didn't find a freakin' glove for him to try throwing with, like the Cards did for him. But as screwed up as Georgia, Shaw and Martz were to him and he rejected them.
He also rejected his loyal fans that hang with the horns on Sundays. This disappoints me, about which I answered train

Sometimes the shit by owners overwhelm any concern to the fans

Selfish? Maybe. But what Georgia and her cronies did made the Rams an enemy to him no matter how much he cared about the fans.

And I still think of this song whenever I think about Georgia

CB, I went to school with him. Great dude!
HaHa ... When I saw your post yesterday, I was confused by the Dexter McCleon reference. Good player but the reference seemed a little out of left-field.

I checked your handle and it said you were from North Carolina; and I remembered that McCleon came out of Clemson (South Carolina); and I was wondering if there was some history. I was going to post and ask.

Mystery Solved!

Good detective work.

Yup Clemson, awesome guy. After they won the super bowl in 99 he sent me a box of stuff. Jerseys, pennants, towels, pins, shirts. He knew I was a huge Rams fan @Clemson.

When I was 10 and watching the 1980 Super Bowl, the Rams players were like superheroes in my eyes. That feeling still lingers. I tend to look for the best in Ram players.... they gotta be pretty damn bad to be disappointing.
