I know there are some fans of the show here. What did you think of the Season 4 premier?

I subscribed to Paramount Plus last week just so I could watch Yellowstone, and couldn't find it listed in their programming last night. I still haven't seen a single show.

Liked it! It’s one of the few shows that air today that doesn’t try to teach us too much “Wokeness”. Refreshing! The spinoff, “1883” looks like it might be promising as well.

Sunday night had the perfect antidote for that miserable performance put on by the Rams.
Yellowstone- Season 4 premiere (2 episodes)
Succession- New episode
Dexter- Season 9 Premiere Returns after 8 year hiatus

If you have amazon prime video you can buy season 4 for $20. That's how I'm watching it.

My favorite show without a competitor to be seen.

seemed to wrap up some loose ends…Jamie kills Garrett Randall…Beth and John make up after Beth apologizes for using the tree huggers to delay Market Equities…Kayce sees the ”end of us” in a vision quest

I have every episode saved to my DVR. Can’t wait for season 5.

And I’m streaming 1883. Only subscription that I have is for Paramount+.

Awesome show..

The daughter, Elsa, is the narrator and central figure in the show…written very well.

I believe she would be John Dutton’s great-grandmother.

Can’t wait for Sunday for the next episode.

On Yellowstone, Jimmy is sent to the 6666 Ranch for some cowboy training and some maturity. Some fans seem put off by the time spent at 4 Sixes…I can’t get enough cowboy shit.

Can‘t wait for 6666.

My brother goes to 6666 for the fall horse sale. He’s got a yearling colt that’s a son of a 6666 stallion and one of his mares, he’s going to be awesome.

Started 1883 last night since the game got boring fast. I'm loving it so far. I'm a sucker for timepiece dramas.

Still waiting on Peacock to get Yellowstone season 4.

Should be a new 1883 episode today…I’m hooked.

Pull on my boots and pour a bourbon…make myself at home for that.

No new episodes until 1/30 which sucks.

I too wonder if Elsa is gonna be the great grandmother of John
she supposedly got knocked up by Ennis, we don't know that for sure yet. Though if that is the case, they never married before he died so she's still a Dutton.

That little boy is also named John. So if they keep pumping out Duttons at around age 25 it makes sense Kevin Costner's John Dutton would be born in the 50s or 60s, so he'd be nearing his 70s when Yellowstone is taking place.

They have modern John Dutton at 64-65 years old.

In Season 1, I think, he tells the Lynelle the Governor, that he’s 62.

2 week wait is a pain, especially after last night’s eventful episode.

Today at work I figured out where the Brazos is relative to Forth Worth, and was like damn, they got a helluva ways to go before Oregon lol.

Sheridan is a great storyteller.

The ladies are featured more this week.

It's fun to follow their route on Google. Currently @ Doan's Crossing. And they want to get to Oregon in what, 5 more episodes. Good luck, cowboy.

1883 started so promising, then it became entirely focused on Elsa.

Freakin Elsa, thirstiest cowgirl on the Oregon Trail. First she banged that goofy cowboy, then it was the second cowboy that replaced the first cowboy, then she got in love with the Comanche warrior in because they had sex in a tornado! At least she remained loyal to him.

The Native American parts were actually pretty interesting. I wanted more interaction with the Lakota and I'm assuming the Sioux later.

Shea ended up being a background character. Too bad, he was so good. I wanted more flashbacks to his Civil War days.

Finally the last episode felt so forced and like Shea, the rest of the characters were just thrown the wayside for Elsa. Hopefully the 1932 series will be better.
