I feel Houston might be the best team, but being a avid St. Louis BattleHawk fan Head Coach Jonathan Hayes will have them ready. The BattleHawk defense is very good

QB Jordan Ta'amu runs well when the play breaks down and I believe the BattleHawks have an excellent running game led by RB Matt Jones. Ta"amu also threw a couple of great passes, especially on the TD pass, but June Jones runs a great offense, so we'll see if the BattleHawks can hold up on the road once again as BattleHawk fans including yours truly, cannot wait for their home opener next week in the dome.
Yes, we've been fans from the VERY beginning!

This league has smashed expectations so far.

Good concept, decent teams and logos, nice fan support, and most of all— exciting, competitive games.

So glad to have something to take the edge off the football fix.

I also like the extra point options. No lead is safe. You really gotta beat the team, not just get one or two lucky plays.

I like the kickoff. Every one is action!

I like the behind the scenes listening to play calls and the replay refs making their decisions.

I really like this league...hope it makes it through the season!

I couldn’t find the late game on TV here. I hope that’s not going to be a problem for me.

.....just watched highlights.

BattleHawks look to be a good team. They gifted Houston those long INT returns. Almost won on the road 2 weeks in a row.

Good games so far in the XFL.

I missed this.

XFL uses touchdown differential as tiebreaker in standings

The XFL has made some major changes to the on-field rules, including significantly changing kickoffs and points after touchdown. But another significant change, off the field, has been largely overlooked: The XFL does standings differently.

Now that a full week of the XFL season is in the books, the official standings are out, and to break ties, the XFL is using touchdown differential as the first tiebreaker.

That means in the XFL East, where the New York Guardians, St. Louis BattleHawks and DC Defenders are all 1-0, the Guardians are in first place because they’ve scored three more touchdowns than they’ve allowed. The BattleHawks are second because they’ve scored two more touchdowns than they’ve allowed, and the Defenders are third because they’ve scored one more touchdown than they’ve allowed.

In the XFL West, the Seattle Dragons, Dallas Renegades and LA Wildcats are all 0-1, but the Wildcats are last because they’ve allowed three more touchdowns than they’ve scored. The Dragons have allowed one more touchdown than they’ve scored and the Renegades have allowed two more touchdowns than they’ve scored.

It’s an interesting way to emphasize touchdowns, and perhaps incentivize teams to go for it on fourth downs in an attempt to score touchdowns rather than settle for field goals. Whether it proves meaningful remains to be seen, but like a lot of things the XFL is trying, it’s worth watching.

Was on Fox Sports 1....I watched most of it and I really like the Hayes brothers running the BattleHawks, as @Q729 posted, the dome should be rocking next week for their Home Opener as I expect the BattleHawks to blow out the New York Guardians.

Spruuuuuce had a big game for LA. Gurley was on the sidelines cheering him on. After 1 of Spruce's TDs they had both of them together for a short interview on the sideline... Gurley said Spruce taught him how to catch.

Well then sign him up because Gurleys hands were not at their best last season.

Another funny thing that was said between Gurley and Spruce...

Gurley said to the reporter - "Spruce is like my little brother". Then Spruce said - "I'm older than you Todd".

Interesting to think that Todd is younger than Spruce, but he is.
