Seriously, can we get some awesome Star Trek healing tech already? Forget the next warplane, I want my damn transporter technology, handheld healing ray, and those food materializers.

Seriously though, that thing looks like ST tech.
 
Have not used the laser treatment.
I do have experience with electro magnetic pulse therapy (mostly with baseball pitchers) and have good success.
