Murray played 3 less games. Not happy he won out over Stafford playing significantly less of a season.
HELL NO
Murray chokes in big games and probably misses the game with yet another injury.

Snubbed?

Stafford has to earn it.

There are 3 games left and in my opinion he's on the heels of Rodgers but needs to outplay him (winning out and have better stats) over the last 3 games.

I don't think it's a question of being snubbed.

1. Lead the Rams to a 13-4 season.

2. Have better stats than Rodgers over the last 3 games and let the voters decide.

What does the name snubbed mean?
verb (used with object), snubbed, snub·bing. to treat with disdain or contempt, especially by ignoring.

To check or reject with a sharp rebuke or remark. to check or stop suddenly (a rope or cable that is running out).

I know with our receivers who I would prefer as the Rams QB. Hands down Stafford. Pro Bowl is a participation trophy compared to the Lombardi trophy.

... Pro Bowl is a participation trophy compared to the Lombardi trophy.
It's also based a lot on a player's history and reputation; and the perception fans, media and even NFL players get from national gameday commentary and highlights. It's really time-consuming to closely follow a team.

Example:
Chandler Jones has been a tremendous player in his career. Had a five-year-stretch where he averaged almost 15 sacks-per-season. Those that follow the game know that; and he has 9.5 sacks through 12 games thus far. However, Jones did not have a Pro Bowl year. He had a monster Game 1 with 5 sacks; and, since then, has totaled 4.5 sacks in 11 games. Cardinals' fans have been ripping his average play.

Most Pro Bowl voters (including media and NFL players) don't know that. Not because they are dumb but because it's difficult to closely follow more than one team ... the way many of us follow the Rams.

Now there is a plus to all this. At some point, Aaron Donald is likely to decline from a dominant-player to a very good player. He will probably be named to a Pro Bowl or two when he is not quite at that level.

With the Bucs injuries, seems likely that Stafford will lead the NFL in TD passes. I'm too lazy but wondering how often the leader in TD passes doesn't make the pro bowl...

And I mean....should Stafford finish the year with 10 TDs and no picks and we win all three games.....he may be MVP....

Unfortunately voting started at the end of November when he was on his 3 game turn the ball over run. It affects the votes
Seems early. Doesn't even account for the most important part of the season when performance really counts. Also when Murry is ALWAYS a no show due to getting his little body banged up. Colts are going to crush the Cards.

The players and coaches should be the sole source of voting for the Pro Bowl. I get making it a fan thing but the players have a far better grasp of who is deserving than the average dickhead fan.

You would still see guys overlooked but this stuff is important to the players. Seems like getting it right should matter.
