I'm not sure why this is a question.

The Rams last two wins were high-profile games, over one of the top teams, with the leading candidate for MVP in a game that many considered one of the most exciting of the season to date. Followed that with a Thursday Night win over a long-time-rival that almost won the Super Bowl last year and was a pre-season favorite to get back.

With three straight wins and 7-of-9, the Rams are one of the hottest teams in the NFL.
They have gone from last place to a first-place-tie in two months.
They have a high profile head coach and several star players, with a winning pedigree.

In my opinion, it would be odd if the National Media was NOT talking about the Rams.

Rams are not scary until such time as their secondary starts to play with some consistency. Because as things stand now the moment our DL gets handled it's a loss.
Agreed -- but I DID see some heads turned on key PBU's last Thursday night. As long as they are keeping their eyes on the ball instead of the WR I think they'll keep playing well.
But Adams is an elite WR. He'll make anyone look stupid. If our DL gets handled, sure... but I think they'll get a lot of pressure on A-Rod, who's no longer as mobile as he once was.

If they lose to the Jets, the narrative will change. The Rams are certainly playing better football since they got the OL situation settled, but they REALLY need to find more consistency.

As a fan, I'm just happy they are relevant this far into a season that started so poorly due to so many OL and WR injuries.

Rams need to make the hype valid. Running the table (even ugly) does that. Let’s give props to some of the early media supporters: Colin Cowherd, Rich Eisen, Baldy!!! Love listening to those guys. Also - MJD and Pete Schaefer are always in Our corner.

Also Sean McVay, IMHO, I still think the Rams come up short at LB & in the secondary, but I thought Witherspoon had his best game as a Ram and Rozeboom has improved if he is not overmatched athletically (Josh Allen).
Unfortunately, Jalen Hurtz as well. I wanted someone else in the game on 3rd and long against the Eagles. Rozeboom was always late getting to Hurtz in that game when he ran. Same against the Bills.

But Speights was just as bad. We needed a strong safety as a spy on both of those QBs.

Pressure Rodgers. The guy has played 20 years, started 238 games, has 498 TDs, 113 interceptions and has had six 3 pick games in his career. Two in the last 3 years.

This is why these LBs will never be good enough. To fucking slow.

Post bye they're 7-2 while taking down the Vikings and Bills in that span. When they're "on" they can beat anyone.
Unfortunately, some only remember the two losses: a Philly game that got out of hand in the second half and a very winnable game against the Dolphins in prime time.

To one media member's credit, Dan Orlovsky was saying we were a scary team that could win it all before the Philly game. And then after we won against Buffalo.

Dan Orlovsky is a hyper zealous disciple of The Soul Stealer. If the Horns find their way to the Promise Land (i.e., another Super Bowl victory), Dan will drive the other media 'experts' absolutely crazy with his superlatively lavish praise of Matthew's field general-ship - just like he did after our last SB victory.
