There's actually an easy explanation here. Goff sweats more than Keenum. Thus, he throws a sweaty ball which makes it easier for it to slip through the WRs' hands. Goff needs to improve his sweaty hands awareness and use his towel more consistently.

That or we can hire The Deflator. He's hiding somewhere in Boston.
Excuse me, but is this place called Boston located where the sun sets, or rises? Or is it both?

In Hard Knock Goff spent a whole bunch of throws trying to place the ball for a receiver. I think he know where to place them based on QB coaching and experience. I absolutely believe he is trying to place balls in specific spots.
