I was born in '90. The very first game I can remember is the '98 super bowl. Ya know, the one where Elway played with no regard for his old bones and Terrell Davis was a beast. It's a shame that guy had to retire, he was awesome. Even more so though I remember the '99 Superbowl simply because of how elated my dad was. I can remember a few games that season and he was always drinking his Miller Lite and jumping out of his recliner every time they would score. So needless to say it was Vermeil and Green (Warner lol) for me. I'm from southeast Missouri and me and my dad bonded via watching horns games. Sadly, pops passed a few years ago. Even though the rams have moved on I still hold on to my fandom in memory of all the great times we had watching them. Not to wax nostalgic or anything on yahs. This team has a great deal of emotional attachment for me that jaded ex-fans here don't understand. Everytime someone talks trash I just politely tell them to fuck off.

Joe Pendleton was the QB and I can't remember the HCs name but Max Corkle was the head trainer.

Rich Brooks as the HC and Chris Miller at QB. I attended the first regular season game held in St. Louis, at the old Busch Stadium. I've been hooked ever since.

That season started off so well. I was sure that was going to be the year the Rams turned things around.

Thought this would be light but interesting.

Who was the head coach and quarterback when you first became a Rams fan?

For me it was Tommy Prothro and Roman Gabriel. The 49ers were our arch enemy, Dick Nolan as head coach and John Bodie as QB.

Right there with you. Jack Snow, Willie Ellison, Deacon Jones, Merlin Olsen. Some good memories.
