If deep safety Jordan Fuller can not play & with ILB Young departed one would guess that MLB Troy Reeder is going to be on the field most of the day with the green sticker. Do you really think they going to let Jones call the defense in his first start?

DC Morris might be forced to change up his secondary big Sunday with injuries to starting CB Rochell & defensive signal-caller safety Jordan Fuller.

Play basic Ramsey/Deayon on the outside & play 3rd yr corner David Long in the Nickel. The 4th corner is going to be an issue because PS CB Tyler Hall has already been called up twice. Could be we will see CB Kareem Orr for the first time as our 4th corner or just take a chance & dress Rochell to use for emergency only.

DC Morris will be forced to rely on Scott/Hughes & Burgess with his 3 safeties.

It is a perfect time get these guys seasoned though. We will need them later on, but yes still play 110%.

You forget that in the Preseason, Jones started at ILB and his helmet malfunctioned, so he called the D...by himself with no signals from the sideline... for an entire half.

Jones is entirely up for wearing the green dot and THAT may be why they're so excited for him to start.

Texans have a look of a team who doesn't stand a chance. But we've been there done that. Last year's Jets game. The Lions gave us a scare. Even with a couple starters out we should win this one handily. But that is only if they don't overlook them.

It was said before the Lions game "Those guys get paid too". Everyone in the NFL is elite. They are part of a fraternity that is the best in the world at their sport. The talent gap isn't as wide as we see in some college games.

I think Snead wants to see if there's a drop off without these two.

Noteboom and SJD are in contract years so we have to see if they are worth extending.
