I just listened to a short snippet where he denied that this was a DUI...Apologized for a situation that could have been handled differently and sorry for letting people down, but it was not DUI...He said that about 3 or 4 times...9er's of course say don't rush to judgment, let it play out, usually more to a story than meets the eye, etc....I paraphrased most of this, as he can't put a cohesive sentence together...That college thing really worked out well him in the end...Oh, my...Did you see what I did there ??? That's great to hear! My son never saw me drunk nor was the victim of my rage. Alcoholics and addicts need to realize that they're not just screwing up their own lives but everyone around them.

My dad was a raging alcoholic who never went to AA. Over the last year of his life he took antabuse to quit drinking. He made the effort but died at age 43. Tragic!

Is that the stuff that makes you react to any alcohol in your system with violent upheaval? So sorry for you having to deal with that; amazing how alcoholism seems to be strongly genetic.
