So if he's another Puka, that's bad? :laugh4:
Lol

A Puka type WR.... I doubt he will be nearly as good as Puka out of the gate... Puka is a straight up football player and was a total shock to the NFL.

I'd rather have big and fast.... something we don't have in a WR..... 6-4 to 6-6 WR would be ideal

Give me Styles in the 1st and Lane in the 2nd (Hurst in the 3rd would be ok too).
Hurst will be a guy McVay appreciates for sure. He is very smooth. Looks like a McVay wideout.

In terms of prioritizing hands and catch radius, though, yeah Lane's my "didn't get it early" wideout choice because he can develop with us. But I think he's got rare hands, and also some of those other things you want. Just needs to learn some kung fu hand work and moves to get off that line press he'll receive in the NFL. Nice thing is he'd have plenty of knowledge in that room in LA for that.

I'm hoping for that combination because it maximizes Stafford's remaining time in this offense. We can find smooth route runners all over the draft. The size/hands/catch radius types though tend to go on the early end.

Now that they've loaded corner, I think that pick at 13 is probably wideout. So here's hoping they knock that out at the top as there's potentially 3 who fit that role for us there.

One thing I do think they may look at there is OL though. Simply because this year is really fucking weird at the top with the Tackles. Lot of short arms and likely OG conversions. But in a way that fits a Rams need since they could use a swing tackle this year and they may end up letting Avila walk if he doesn't play well.

Edge is similar in that the short arms may end up making a dude available at 13 that the Rams value. So of course with the Rams they're hard to predict. But I still think WR at this point.

I can't argue with you there but you said Puka lol..... I'll take another one of those but yeah no way to tell if he's that or something else. Tyson is a stud and would be a great WR option for us. I'll talk to y'all after we draft him :laugh4: :zany1:

I like Tyson.... But we already have that in Puka. I would like to see 6-5 outside the hashes that wins 50/50 balls and can physically put a hurt on smaller DB's
Tyson is much more like Davante than Puka. I want the best WR. Don't care if he's 6'6" or 5'11". The five best WRs in the NFL right now are (in no order):
Puka Nacua - 6'2" 212
Justin Jefferson - 6'1" 196
JaMarr Chase - 6'0" 205
Jaxon Smith-Njigba - 6'0" 197
Amon-Ra St. Brown - 6'0" 202

Give me the guy who is the best at beating the man in front of him. I want production. That's what I'm chasing.

That's definitely Tyson to me. He flat out abuses DBs.

College DB's.

But I can see him being adjusted in his first season in the NFL, but I don't think the Rams are the right fit for him..... I can see him getting frustrated because he's more of a teams premier WR.... he won't be that on the Rams. .... IMO
