I like Fields too. If the Rams go defense at #13, do you think Fields makes it to #61? Or at least close enough to trade up a few spots for him?

Most of the other WRs mentioned on this thread are not gonna get near #61 and I think the Rams could still be in the market for a WR at #61 if they don’t grab one at #13.
You didn't ask me but I think there is a chance

Tyson, Lemon, Tate, Boston, Concepcion, Brazell, Cooper, C Bell, Cooper, Branch, Bernard, Saratt, Williams, Lane

Not in order but the first 10 are pretty close to top 10 so where does he slide in? If 10 go that would be roughly 1 every 6 picks to get to 60

This leaves Burks,Thompson, S Bell, Lance & Benson out of consideration

It is certainly possible the that 1,2 or more are viewed very differently from some teams scouts and are ranked differently on their boards. The WR's alone make this draft very interesting

After going through that pain with Gurley, I’d rather not suffer through that again.
I don't remember doing that with Gurley. Gurley had a degenerative knee condition, and we knew that when we drafted him (IIRC). There was always the risk he'd have a short career. I have not heard anything about Tyson having a degenerative knee condition. If he has that issue, I doubt we'll take him at #13.

Tyson is probably the best WR in this draft when healthy. It makes some sense.
Yep. I think the kid has all the components to be a comparable player to guys like Justin Jefferson, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and prime Davante Adams. The injury red flag is real. I understand the concern. But if he didn't have that red flag, he'd be going top 10 in this Draft. Brock Bowers fell way further than he should have due to injury concerns (and TE positional value). We'll see how things pan out, as he did miss time this year with an injury, but I have a feeling the Raiders won't regret that pick.

I just looked it up. Bowers missed 3 games in college out of 40. That's 7%.

Tyson missed 48%. What am I missing regarding the comparison? It doesn't seem like a good comp.

I always felt it could go any any time, I definitely winced when he hurtled someone. A great talent that didn’t get to complete what could have been a HOF career.

If you don't like that comparison, here's another: Jaxon Smith-Njigba missed 32.3% of his games during his career in college.

Are you in politics? Or the media? You really took it out of context, nicely done.:not:

I knew your context but just disregarded it because I never worried once about him getting injured while he played. I was too busy drooling about his play, especially after Mcvay came to town.

In the end it was an awkward tackle that caused his demise, not any degenerative condition of his knee.

This just reminded me of the fact that the Rams have had some great running backs over the years, Faulk, Dickerson, and Gurley come to mine.
