All these trade scenarios for Kyren Williams make great sense.
For the Rams...
Doesnt make sense for any of the teams to trade for him though
They draft Hampton it would be a lethal combo, or if a team loses their RB to injury in TC, KW becomes a great trade candidate.
Makes no sense to trade for a guy on the last year of his deal at a position as deep as it is in this draft
In my scenario Denver gets a top vet RB, for a playoff team with a young QB, and still gets WR help at 26 or uses that pick to trade back to get more draft capital. Seems like a good deal to me for them.

I’m not sure any team is giving up enough to make it worth a KW trade. Tons of playable guys in the draft. Meanwhile KW signed for one more year. Maybe he gets a 3rd, but I’m thinking more like 4th at best.

That’s silly. They have 3 picks inside the top 85 and have been scouting RB in such a deep rb draft. Trading for a 5+ mill player who wants an extension makes no sense for them. After the draft? That’s possible

Well, there is something to be said for adding a vet RB to the backfield when you have a young QB. And there they may be willing to extend him. Just a thought. They still get a good young WR or TE at 26 plus a very productive young vet RB. Then they can devote their other high picks to TE and any other need areas.
