McVay has taken us to 2 Super Bowls.

He has transformed us from......I don't even know what, but utter shit.

He has made us hated because we are soooo fucking good!

He's in his 30s and still learning the game.

Fuck all of you who hate on him because we will fucking rue the date he leaves.

In M & S I trust implicitly.

bro this was happening last year as well

when we lost 3 in a row in November the term "hot seat" was brought up.

I get we are all frustrated this year - but perspective is always a good thing.

You can't forsee injuries and you can't prevent them. And when they occur exponentially to a position group as important as the OL (or secondary), it limits how effective that side of the ball can be. McVay didn't forget how to coach football. Reload, refocus and return to the top in 2023.

Not sure how many people hate McVay - I am worried about McVay but I definitely do not hate McVay and definitely rue the day we lose McVay

I just see a situation of an excellent young coach who needs to grow a bit and adjust to the ever changing NFL and get used to having to win a different way.

Its an entertainment business, its a cool story to have faith in all things, but the Rams are not entertaining. McVay has one job = to make the Los Angeles Rams entertaining................everything else is a means to that end.

McVay has been fully exposed and it shows he has a great football mind, but it also shows he has major flaws. Some of those are very common in coaches.

I think the biggest issue is in trying to discern if his body signed an extension while his mind retired.

"fully exposed" yes yes

This was the same thing we heard after the 1st super bowl loss.

If McVay left the Rams he would have a new head coach job in 2 seconds.

When was the last time the Rams had a better 6 yr run than we are witnessing now? I remember way more years like this year than years like the past 5 in my 45 yrs as a Rams fan.

I still remember the 70s and 80s and then Georgia dismantled the Rams to go to St Louis

If McVay left, the Rams would probably ask for more than they got for Vermiel to get out of his contract. I think that was a 2nd and a 3rd. I'll bet they'd want a 1st and a 3rd. They certainly aren't going to fire him.

I was just pointing out that 90% of the teams would try and sign McVay in a heartbeat.

he never should have brought up retirement and never should have stuck with 2 of the worst backup qbs in football. will he stay around enough to right the ship? until then this is familiar territory for our rams. sad but true. go rams

The play calling has been bad.
Some personal decisions have been strange.
McVay has very high (as in Championship) highs and very low lows.
Thankfully Kupps injured doesn't appear sever.
