Oh you're right. We should ignore that type of thing because children are starving. Mkay, makes a lot of sense.

Until of course it happens to your mother, sister, wife, girlfriend, daughter.

He deserves a fine. This is as bad as dropping an F-bomb in a presser.
No it's not. It's adolescent and juvenile. Did I get it right that she was asking him what his favorite number was?? If so, what a stupid question to ask.

IMO it is just as bad, maybe a little cruder since he is clearly talking about a sexual act to a female reporter.

He doesn't have the right to say that to her for a benign question. It's out of line and he should apologize at least.

Just curious..........are you implying this is no big deal or something?

A. I made it clear with the opening statement about how we all jump on the wagon of hate so easy concerning him and being a bully in his past, not about what he said.

B. My Mother, Sister and Wife would not melt to such a lame line by Gronk

C. In summary, we are here to debate football, not politics and the human narrative

Why do you care? It wasn't to you or anyone you know. His apology should be to her and he should be warned that being a football star isn't an excuss to be an @ss on TV, that's what Politicians are for.

You keep throwing your weight around telling everyone what is right and wrong and how they should be punished......maybe I just don't like that type of "Judgment" from people.

Gronk needs to eat his words! :mustache::mustache::mustache::mustache:

Maybe Gronk just has a deep appreciation for the elegance of the proferred math problem. It is rather fascinating. And is it his fault that given how well it worked on drunk chicks in college he would assume it would work on an attractive member of the media who he probably thought was checkin him out? :p

.

you know, i've never actually heard him speak. when any cheats story comes up on tv i either change the channel if live or fast forward if taped.

by the sounds of things i'm not missing out on much.

Meh

Anyway, Gronk will look like this in 30 years and will have to work much harder for female attention

If I’m that female reporter, I comeback with this:

“Sixty-nine? Really? You’re gonna answer me with an elementary school sex joke? Dude, if that’s all the game you have, the Rams won’t even need to cover you on Sunday.”

And then go interview the McCourtys or something.

What hate? He fucked up, should apologize publicly for being an asshat and Goodell should fine him a little bit if he sees fit.

That's not hate. Not everything people disagree on qualifies as hate. In fact almost none of it does.

B. My Mother, Sister and Wife would not melt to such a lame line by Gronk

Why do you assume the reporter "melted". Even so would you be OK with someone saying that to them?

C. In summary, we are here to debate football, not politics and the human narrative

This was a football player, in a football gathering, talking to a football reporter.

It's not politics or human narrative. It's football related.

I care because decency and respect don't cost anything. They are free, and should be expected in this environment. He was WAY out of line. And it doesn't matter if in this case it was someone I don't know. It's happened, this type of thing and worse, to women I have known throughout my life. And probably to women in your life, and it's uncalled for. His apology should be to her, I agree, and it should be public.

You keep throwing your weight around telling everyone what is right and wrong and how they should be punished......maybe I just don't like that type of "Judgment" from people.

And you just did that in your posts. You didn't offer an opinion, you attacked mine. I'm not telling anyone what is right or wrong. I stated my opinion, with which you are allowed to disagree. But I am not judging, I'm simply stating how I feel.

You give him too much credit. With his partying, he’s going to look like he went face first into a plate glass window.

Is he a hard partier as in drinking? I'm asking because I don't recall any trouble he has gotten into, just several stupid moments but none I recall involving drinking or drugs.

Interesting that we inquired on trading for him last offseason.
