This one will be won or lost in the trenches. Philly is used to having advantage on both lines. So it's time for the defensive front to live up to preseason expectations. And the OL, well, let's hope the defense shows up and we can win a low scoring playoff type matchup.

A win in September doesn't establish you as a Superbowl caliber team. Just as a loss doesn't mean you fall short of that. So many things happen during the course of the season. What you do in late December and January tells you what you are.

Agreed, but home field advantage is real if you need to play in the snow. That's why this game is still important.

I was watching a Podcast that said Fiske is questionable on SUNDAY. He was supposed to do light work during practice, but left after a short amount of time. This was an Eagles podcast and so he prognosticated that Fiske would be out on Sunday, or would be a diminished player...

Exactly!!! We need to take this game and as much regular season games as we can. That way we gain a critical second bye week and home field advantage throughout the NFC Championship weekend - assuming we make it that far.

Shelton at Center scares me against Jalen Carter. We`re going to have to constantly move the pocket to keep Stafford in the game. And we`re are going to have to constantly run duo in order to have an effective run game. With Avila out this is going to be a tough match up for our interior OL.

And I think this is the game Speights loses his starting job to Dolac, unless he has taken a huge leap in play recognition.

I am also hoping our CBs are still good after the Witherspoon injury. Witherspoon was the most under rated CB1 in the league. That was a bad injury for us as now we are incredibly undersized.

Also, we have to come to terms with the Tutu situation. He cannot block to save his life. We have to have a WR3 that is capable of blocking.

And as much as people are complaining about KW, his production was hurt by the lack of blocking he was getting from Shelton, Tutu and our TEs.

Sorry to vent but our ability to overcome our weaknesses are the keys to this game and a preview for how we are going to handle them going forward.

Beagle fans will always be fucking shmucks. Really want a W in their face, but if we have to lose at least slow fucking Barkley down please - show that this team has acquired players to do that and let go players who couldn't - no more 200 yard games.

It really does seem like we're putting too much on a hurried Stafford again already. He's too old for that shit. OL needs to eat their Wheaties or something.
This is why I felt like adding(somehow) an elite RB was the #1 move for this offense.
