In all honesty, I would have liked the Rams to have developed a young QB, whether he was drafted or not, to backup Sam.
It's cool to see Thad Lewis is having some success, but I wish he wasn't released a few seasons ago.

It would be a higher pick but Marcus Mariota is an option if he comes out of the draft. Not saying Sam should lose his job at all, but give Sam a competition. Competition is always good. Mariota has some damn good wheels too. Guy can run, and throw just as well. Just a thought (I'm an Oregon fan, I watch this guy alot)

Teddy will be rocking the Jaguars gear in 2014 so Mariota isn't a bad option. Going to need to see some more tape of the QBs potentially available in the draft though. I don't want a Weeden, Ponder, Locker but would be ok with a gamer like (forgive me) Russell Wilson.

You know, that's not a bad idea, I've watched him play. The major issue is lack of knowledge of the system. He knows nfl offense because of trestman but not Schotty's. By the time he's up to speed, the season is over and he's old. Great QB tho, gunslinger

I do believe he went 8-5 as a starter in 2011 with 21 total TDs in 13 games. Say what you will but he gives us a much better chance to win than Kellen Clemens or the other bums out there.

I haven't followed Sanchez injury, but he's definitely out right now and for a while last I heard.
