I think the Rams secondary will have Allen seeing ghosts when they aren't there.

Maybe the occaisional blitzing Kiser or a Safety, but I see Donald breaking through to pick up a couple of coverage sacks.

Buffalo is just okay. Not great, not terrible. For their fans, that's reason enough to be excited. They are just enjoying a little hype and a finally Brady-less division, which imo is where most of their optimism is coming from.
Its been 2 weeks. By week 10, I expect the bills hype to be considerably less.

If this game had a crowd, it would scare me a lot more.

Honestly a lot of them are rational. They’re feeling good about their team as they should and fwiw I’m not sure how good we are yet either I know we are a good team but not sure how good yet. Dallas is overhyped and the eagles are not good. We will find out a lot about our 2020 rams this week Buffalo is a solid team but we should beat them

Dallas and Philly aren't elite, but I think Dallas would beat Miami and Philly would slaughter the Jets.

We need both our lines to play well and we can dominate this game. Keep the running game going, protect Goff and the offense should keep rolling. Expect another great game plan from McVay.

Allen is not the most accurate passer, especially when he's under pressure he's prone to turnovers. So we'll need a huge game from AD and hoping Floyd has his best game of the season this week. If we can get a few sacks and turnovers we'll win this game.

Zach Moss and Dalton Knox both ruled out, thats two good starters for their offense. Looks like they'll have both of their stud LBs back though, Milano and Edmomds...so that is a big boost for their D.

Both fan bases should be confident. And both are probably in for a day of shitty offense, since you have two defenses that are very disciplined and well-coached. Neither defense has been dominant so everyone expects a high scoring game. Which means this shit will probably be like 17-13 or similar.

And btw Dallas is the best team either of us have played IMO. I like the Bills' QB but facing a well played zone who masks looks can be tough on a young QB. I'm hoping that's what happens.

So I'm confident but respectful. This one feels like a playoff game.

I know his numbers are good (after playing the Jets and Dolphins), but I'm not a big Josh Allen guy. He's very streaky.

I sort of feel the same.

Josh Allen will probably kick our ass based on what I am about to say... He seems to be improving, so maybe my perspective will be changing... but when I see him play I see opportunity to get after him and force some errors.

I'd like to see an aggressive plan on defense to attack their longer pass plays.

I dunno about dallas that come back win was something ordinary teams don't do. But then again it was against Atlanta.
I don't know if buffalo is elite yet but you could see them putting all the right pieces in place last year for them to build on this year.

Yeah that’s fair and I agree. I’m not crowning buffalo by any means, I think they’re in a similar spot as us where they know they are good they just don’t know how good yet. This game should be telling one way or another

I'd bet on Dallas over Miami in a heartbeat.

Agreed. Dallas may have gotten a gift with that on sides kick but they also had dominated offensively against Atlanta having turned it over 3 times and twice more on downs. Miami was dominated by the Bills and only a garbage time drive made it appear closer.
And the Jets? Ugh.... They are "just turrible", to quote Charles Barkley

Do the Jets and Falcons play this year? That would be a shitshow worth watching. (I know they don’t sine the nfc west plays them this year)

All fans are homers. It's what I expected. I give them kudos for supporting their team. That said reality is gonna suck for them. They are playing in a very weak division with their only competition a post GOAT New England team. But let's see how they play against the Rams and later the Pats. The Pat offense is weakened but their defense is still pretty good.

After this win, as I've posted before I think the Rams go into the bye undefeated. The only thing stopping the Rams from winning the division are their own mistakes or a rash of injuries.

Sloman is 3 for 3 between 30-39 yards. How is that the same thing?

Sloman has accuracy and consistency issues. He's short kicked a KO which was returned almost to midfield (Rams saved by a penalty) and missed an extra point which should never happen. He's missed a kick in both games. Greg's accuracy has taken a hit after his injury and it cost him his job. So why does Sloman keep getting a pass? I'm sure I'm not alone holding my breath every time he walks out there for a FG.
