I'm guessing we won't see much of Wolford because of that ripped off nail on his throwing hand.
We should get to see plenty of Kyren Williams, Trey Ragas and Jake Funk at RB. I suspect it will be mostly McCutcheon, Trammell, Landen Akers, Allen Robinson & Harris again as we wind things up at WR.
Other than Roger Carter & Pinkney at TE, not sure who else might show up.
I'd imagine the OL gets Brewer, Anchrum, Arcuri, J. Jackson, Snyder, Kolone & Evans plenty of work, and while I'd hope to see something of Max Pircher, I will not hold my breath.
On the other side it should be the Hoecht, Bobby Brown, Jonah Williams, Elijah Garcia, TJ Carter & Earnest Brown show for the DL.
At ILB Jake Gervase is still competing along with Hines, Hummell & Rozeboom.
Outside, with Hardy down I expect to see more of the Thomas boys, Whitley, and Garrett.
The DB's most likely to be seen are Durant, Kendrick, Haley, Tyler Hall, Dan Isom & Russ Yeast.

27 of our current players will be hitting the waiver wire as cuts to get down to 53, so these guys are very much fighting for an NFL job somewhere, ... it will be interesting to see who makes it back to our Practice Squad. jmo.

No key injuries. I think this team is sorted. They just need to get some looks at those last cuts so get the guys you have plans for this season the F out of there as early as possible.

Both Kendrick and Durant are promising, but they need all the snaps they can get so they can hit the field running when the season opens. Please let them come outta this game healthy.

Same with our rookie RB, KW. It’s all hands on deck in the RB room. We’re gonna need this guy. Looking forward to seeing this guy.

Good list, don't think Allen Robinson suits up.
Didn’t Pink-eye get cut? I don’t know though. Blanton got cut last week & Hopkins got plant on his AZZ. Thought wow - there was a close one.

This Carter kid Whitworth I believe was talking about. That little chick in the booth was really dialed in on the game.Kupp was being interviewed & she was making noises.

Anyways as much as Cutch has made a name for himself,Imo he is the main reason Blanton got cut. Special Teams coach had his say.

I’m sure if anyone wanted a FB that Carter fills that box as well? He caught my eye out of know where. He really was making plays.

Want a blocking TE? Dude call himself a Swiss knife do it all type.I like the fact he is big, strong, young, smart, willing, & ascending. His WILLINGNESS puts him on the 48.

Offensive line. Wanted to see AJ Jackson at RG

Of course Williams,He from some Ram Fans will be the starting RB in the end? I was last season, Cam best ever in The NFL. I will say Cam Akers runs for a 1,000 yards. HENDO 300plus & 300 plus receiving.

How Funk & Williams compare is what helps fill a roster spot.Jake is a special teams guy though. Is Williams?

I'd like to see the backup linemen do better this time. If Evans doesn't show improvement I'd say its time to cut bait. If he hasn't improved by now chances are he won't. Maybe there's a chance one of the younger guys will improve.

K Williams at RB. Does he look healthy?
Perkins at QB. Can he surpass Wolford?
Kendrick/Durant at CB? Can either contribute this year?

I want to see Kyren Williams get heavy usage and make some plays. A couple more big plays from Cutch would be nice too though I feel like he's already a lock for the 53.

And no injuries.

I think folks may be sadly disappointed with who they see tonight. Wouldnt surprise me to see Ragas/Funk split the RB carries, no McCutch, no Kyren, and a full game from Perkins with a completely conservative game plan
Nobody will make the team based off of their play tonight, I'd say the final roster is 95% set

It might be Christian Rozeboom.

Of all the players McVay has chosen to sit in the Pre-season, the biggest surprise for me has been Rozeboom.

I've always liked Rozeboom, and was disappointed when he was claimed by the Chiefs; and could not be stashed on the Practice Squad. Was happy to get him back. Similar to when the Rams lost Jonah Williams to Minnesota and then got him back.

I was born in 1960, so that would technically make me a Baby-Boomer.
But I'm not a Baby-Boomer! ... I'm a Roze-Boomer!!!

He could win it, I've heard good things from coaches about Hummel as well. Curious side note Hummel is the only player listed as an ILB on the roster the rest are LB :D Not saying it means anything just thought that was funny.

As normal always watch the OL & DL over any other units in the preseason.

Watching to see:
#1- OL'er #71 Evans & #62 Kolone remaining on the sidelines dressed waiting for some late 4th quarter :crap:wipe-up action only.

1st half OL
LT-Jackson
LG-Snyder
OC-Brewer
RG-Anchrum
RT-Arcuri

2nd half OL
LT-Arcuri
LG-Brewer
OC-Snyder
RG-Anchrum
RT-Jackson

Brewer & Snyder get snaps @ LG/OC Carberry needs to find another center!
Jackson plays Swing OT no RG snaps. RG experiment over!
Arcuri gets snaps @ Swing OT. He needs to play better @ RT to win a position.
Anchrum gets a full game of snaps @ RG. He is the top main Swing OG #6 OL'er.

#2- DL'er #92 Jonah Williams has been the best non-starting DL'er in TC & preseason. He has won an MR53 so no need for him to play more than an opening series in the first quarter.

#3- DL'ers- Ernest Brown/ Mike Hoecht/ Elijah Garcia/T.J. Carter need to see an HD amount of snaps. The best 2 to watch would be Hoecht & Garcia.

#4- I like to see more of the 2 DE's ( #96 Keir Thomas & #98 Brayden Thomas) playing mixed in with the DL'ers neither have the speed or quickness to play the OLB'er posts in this 34 D but both are tough run & edge setters as 43 DE's.

#5- #38 CB Duron Lowe & #41 FS Dan Isom UDFA's are possible keepers for the PS.

I’m wondering if Hummel and Gervase are battling for the 4th ILB role; and the Rams may only carry three in the 53-man-roster.

I could see them going with just two TEs and three ILBs on the 53.

I think 3rd and if they keep one 4th ILB is a wide open battle.

IMO, Rozeboom is a lock, they like him for his special teams ability too. Now Jake Gervase is good on special teams too and Jake Hummel has had good moments, but again, I believe they will keep 3 ILB's & Rozeboom seems to be the choice along with Howard on the PUP list with Gervase & Hummel going to the practice squad.

Keep in mind I'm quite sure that Rozeboom is on the edge on FG protection too, so again, he's extremely important to special teams as a whole and is why I believe he'll be part of the final 53.
