Who’s ready for Goff to get back on track?

Jared Goff has been struggling his past 15 or so games. Whose ready for him to light us up and get back his confidence?
--------------
Oh he will
--------------
I'm fully expecting Brandin Cooks to torch us for a couple of long TD's. 8/9 178 yards 2 TD's sounds about right. My Fantasy team needs it
.
--------------
Jared Goff: 34/38, 400+ yards, 4 or more TD's, 0 sacks, 0 int's.
------
You beat Goff by putting pressure on him. He folds like a wet paper bag when you get after him. We don't do that at all, so unless we send the kitchen sink at him we will lose big.
--------------
We're talkin about the Falcons here. They'll probably win 35 -31 and piss off 80% of the message board. Lol
--------------
After playing with Falcons.
All Q.Bs get ELITE status....so will be the case with Goff.
Main thing, we will all witness is how Aaron Donald single handedly will destroy our offensive line....and pan cake Freeman for loss of yards.
--------------
I expect a career day from Goff only for him to go back to normal the very next game.
--------------
The time is right for Goff to build up his confidence.
--------------
We aren't holding him under 300 yards and 2 tds that's for sure.
------
Gurley will probably be magically healed and go for 120 too
--------------
Goff will have a career day against the worst D in the NFC.

It's not so long ago that Rams fans were saying the same things about our opponents. I can empathise.

I take issue with those takes.

Goff started to regress during the Lions game. What happened? The Lions came with the double A gap pressure and completely unlocked our OL scheme.

Newsflash for the confused: Exactly ZERO QBs not named Wilson, Mahomes or maybe Watson are going to be relatively unaffected by A gap pressure and EXACTLY ZERO including Wilson, Mahomes and Watson would succeed with the level of breakdowns coming from every direction. 4 of the 5 OL are basically the 2nd worst in the league at their position. Whit is in the middle.

Goff is a pocket QB. We've been saying since Marino was throwing it all over the place that you have to get a pocket QB off his spot. Nothing's changed.

If one realizes truly how bad the OL has been, Goff's play has been good under the circumstances (yes, even missing the deep passes which is a function of expecting to constantly be hit by an angry bus).

Goff is more than fine and the minute he gets a chance to settle in and play football, he'll be elite like we know he can be and is.

This is a wake up call for the organization... they have to increase the profile of the OL in their draft and development and you can bet that's happening.

This is a fantastic write up.

Ok so question when running the double A gap or 6-1 D what are its weaknesses? 12 personnel? The sidelines? Pitch plays? Would it benefit us to spread out the field more and not bunch our WR up?

Ramsey will show up just in time to intercept Ryan 3 times. The media will start blowing the rams again and act like Sean mcvay invented offense after they beat our atrocious defense like a drum.

or we upset and get a meaningless win and they’ll say mcvay is on the hot seat hahahahaha. Stupid media.

This guy gets it.

We had success with pass to the TE over the middle. I believe that I have consistently seen middle of field areas undefended. Is that caused by the 6-1 or by the plays we're running... IDK. But we seemed to do well going over the middle instead of the outsides.

I think they've been spreading out immediately to counter our outside runs, which Gurley is absolutely murderous at. The backs, in my limited recollection, have been successful when cutting it back inside. Not when designed inside runs occur, but when cutting back inside after initial outward movement.

Also anything to Kupp, although that weakness seems to be universal for defenses as long as he decides to catche the ball.

Why the blue font? Goff will tear any defense to shreds with a consistently clean pocket

I just chose to use a dark blue don't - no sarcasm intended. Perhaps I should have selected a different color.

Quick slants and TE release button hook routes. Inside screens.

Basically, the Walsh WCO shit that annoyed the rest of the league to death. That and hook routes by the RB.

Whats bad is that I am at a Falcon's site to post reactions to the loss, and the there are less people there than were at the game...
