In Morgantown, WV there is a pizza place called Peppebronis. They have a special there that has 5 different kinds of pepperoni on it. It is absolutely stellar!
Fongs Pizza in a few cities in Iowa has a crab rangoon pizza that is also stellar.
I would never order a Ham and Pineapple for myself however if it's there I'll have a slice.

One should never mix their meds with alcohol as it potentially effects one's ability to make rational decisions and choices in a most adverse manner.
Like in this instance, for example, your completely irrational if not unreasonable assessment of the culinary value of pineapple-laced pizza is prima facie evidence of an impaired mind.

Cheese pizza is basically just cheese.bread with marinara dipping sauce. If its from a pizza chain then even thats a stretch. Unless there is at least one meat or veggie, calling cheese bread with marinara dipping sauce, pizza, should offend everyone, even vegans.
