It’s funny. I was just going through all my spice racks and shelves I store seasonings on. Turned out I have three different bottles of fish sauce and they’re not the little ones you get in grocery stores. I have a bad habit of going into Asian or gourmet markets and just buying what looks interesting. I often don’t think about if I already have something. I just buy it. It has gotten a little ridiculous honestly. But I have to say, it’s pretty fun to look through and see all this shit I’ve never even tried and then whip something up. I’m a shopaholic when it comes to food and seasonings. I’ve really got a problem.
Don't be cheap when purchasing fish sauce
No chance, brother. I'm not cheap with anything at my advanced age. Too many valuable lessons learned over time. Buy it right, or buy it twice.
