Such bullshit that rich people can do this and not face the consequences that poorer people would face.

Just buy yourself free - pay an unspecified amount and not go to jail.

Must be nice to not have to roll doubles.

if a poor person did it there wouldn't be 26 women chasing him for money.

they would have just thrown him out and that would have been the end of it.

.

The NFL is so full of shit. They try and act all inclusive and like the good guy to build market share but Watson paying off women and allowing him to play shows they are the fakest POS organization there is.

Smfh
What exactly does the NFL have to do with these women settling for money when they sued somebody in a civil court?

I mean we kept Leonard Little employed who killed people. Any organization or business has had people who made bad decisions like these.
I agree. But if that happened today, Leonard Little would not be a Ram. In fact, he might be in a cell next to Henry Ruggs.

With todays Rams we'd hope not. But would Watson have been on the same team as Little? Same team that drafted Lawrence Phillips? My point in this is don't hold it against the team or the fans. It's the people in charge. I made the comment in another thread recently we could see four more ownership changes this year in addition to Denver and Seattle with Houston, Washington, Cleveland and Miami all in some serious shit.

Totally agree. I like the Browns, and have enjoyed watching them since the days of Leroy Kelly, Brian Sipe, Paul Warfield, and Ozzie Newsome. And their fans are great, except the ones that get out of hand. It's the GM and owner that made a bad decision.

Yeah they were always that team other than the Rams I enjoyed rooting for them and the Bronco's. Couldn't ever bring myself to root for another NFC team even on the down low aside from maybe the Lions they've been so shit for so long I'd enjoy watching them win some games as long as it's not against us.

I Root for these teams if not playing Rams: Bills, Chefs, Taters, Lions, Anyone playing 69ers/Squaks/Cheaters/Aints.

Leonard Little is a tragic horrible different case say he had a drinking problem that makes it different say he made a stupid decision and drove drunk and killed people that is fucking horrible and still there are a lot of variables that play into that. There is no condoning what Little did Same for Ruggs and so on. Those families will never get there loved ones back that said again different variables add up to that one moment that lead to tragedy.. Watson though is a repetitive issue of degrading women and allegedly forcing them to do things that they didn't want to. Had he not been caught how long does it go on how far does it go what if matters escalated. Little was an asshole Ruggs too but I don't think there was intent there it's being an irresponsible dope that ended in the worst possible way for a dumbass selfish decision. While Watson seeks and hast the intention of degrading abusing forcing whatever word you want to use he may be sick too but the intent is there that's what makes it different to me.

To be clear which I think I was killing innocent people on a dui is horrible and not condoning it in any way but I'm sure nobody got in the car and said I'm going to kill someone bad as it is. Watson is trash. Little Ruggs made bad decisions that elevate there stupidity to evil but still a tragedy that could have been avoided. Can't ever cheer for Watson I hope he fails at every turn.

Little was caught drink driving again a few years later. These people don't give a shit about anyone else on the road.

Have a whole month where the NFL and players wear a certain color to virtue signal that treating woman bad is wrong. Ohhh wait oh wait I got it, put “ woman are queens ” on the back of every helmet, end zone, and have commercials in between that assures beating, sexually assaulting, or using women is wrong.

That aught to get female participation and demographics up for company growth.

So you don't want to answer my question got it.

I’m serious, that is the NFL’s play to try and be diverse and seem like a “ premier conscious” business. If the climate changed towards the other side they would be the opposite shit to garner money.

What in the world does this have to do with women who were suing somebody in civil court settling before trial have to do with anything you said. I believe you’re serious but I’m not sure what you’re saying has anything to do with the tweet I linked and what’s happened with these civil cases this week.

The NFL has yet to announce any punishment for Watson though they have indicated it will be lengthy and that these women's decision will not affect his punishment. Watsons punishment also has to be cleared with the NFLPA based on their CBA.
Nothing has changed or been decided except 20 of the 24 women suing him have decided to settle out of court.

Watson's behavior is a bit strange but he sure is the gravy train for these women

He'll get slapped with a 1 year suspension so the NFL can keep the cancel culture off their back
