The problem with rooting for crap teams is that crap teams are crap, how do you take the lead with 45 seconds and lose :mad:.
 
So, if Houston beats Atlanta next week, then we have the #1 overall pick? (Assuming Washington doesn't win again)

I believe we would still have the 2nd pick because the tie breaker goes by strength of schedule. The team with the easier schedule gets the better pick. Houston has the easier schedule.
