Not to worry, the RAMS appear to have some strong leaders on the team so I think they can keep everyone in line. Regardless, Fisher has absolute authority over this squad so I doubt anyone will test him.

Why not? Since when do players, especially those who claim to be better than Megatron, have veto privileges? If the Horns can get Delmas, bring him in! If Titus makes a fuss, Fish might make the two ex-Lions teammates. :lmao:

Delmus sounds like a cheaper option than Byrd. No thanks to Landry. No opinion on Phillips.
Delmus would offer an upgrade for sure. I think Landry would be very much like Dahl....a step late on a bunch of plays.

While I wouldn't advocate Landry, he's nothing like Dahl. FAR better than Dahl. My issue for him is that I would want a guy a bit more comfortable in deep coverage than Landry.

This hire says to me that the Rams let Quintin Mikell walk and they seek out one of those Safeties Walton used to coach and/or maybe two Safeties will be drafted. I can't help but get the feeling that it will still be DC by committee but Walton will be the CEO of Defense if that makes any sense to anybody. :boing:

I stilk have high hopes for Matt Daniels, and I don't think we fully know what we have in McLeod or Stewart yet. That said, it certainly wouldn't hurt to bring in more competition - and lots of it if we lose Mikkel.

One of the better box safeties in the league, and giver of free tickets to yours truly (which I passed onto bluecoconuts, who passed them onto his friends). lol. Couldn't give tickets away in 2011.
