Interesting that the narrative on McVay is starting to change. My guess is he spends the entire offseason working on his scheme instead of vacationing like he did this past year.

It might be wise to speak with someone like Dick Vermeil and ask him how he got burnt out when he took the Eagles to the SB.

Seems like this might be the case with McVay over invested and over thinking it. Somebody get him out the fucking building! Jeez

It seems really weird to see the opponents know all the answers and that offense not able to put up points and sustain drives.

Remember the Pats after the Super Bowl? They said the Rams didn’t do anything they hadn’t prepared for.

The narrative changed in February...

Yeah I don't think that's fair at all.

I can almost hear the cussing and shouting coming from the Ram's OL meeting room.

I guess some folks like to run extra laps.

Goff is a pocket quarterback. Give him a pocket and he'll carve you up. Aikman even said he's one of the best in the league at doing it. Everything is Goff's fault. People want consistent quarterback play with out consistent Offensive line play. That is not how football works.

Football is a team sport. Quarterback's recieve too much credit when everything goes right, and too much criticism when everything goes wrong. In Goff's case however, he doesn't recieve credit from a lot of Ram fans either.

I didn't know you could just grab an OT by the facemask and push his face into the air. Someone should tell our guys about that move.
That's "hands to the face' and its a penalty. Trey Flowers from the Lions got called for it twice last night, except he had a hold of the shoulder pads under the lineman's chin. Changed the game.

Factually correct statements, sir.

Funny how the refs couldn't see something so obvious but somehow saw jimmy g score a td when it didn't look like he got anywhere near the end zone.
We hot a lot of bad calls and no calls by the refs in that game.

They might still got a TD on 4th down, but Jimmy G definitely was not in based on my comprehension of physics. No clear evidence he didn't.

49ers had like 3 penalties until the delay of games near the end.

Hard to win when playing the 49ers and the refs. Ask Detroit about that.

JRey needs to make that catch. Rams needed him to make that catch. Seeing it again just infuriates me. IMO he's talented but he isn't ever going to be an elite receiver because he lacks the catch radius he should have with his build. When you're in a tight game and need a guy to convert JRey is not the guy you throw it to.

Same with Cooks IMO.

Good thing is we have two guys who are the types you can throw to in the clutch in Kupp & Woods. And maybe at some point this season Everett will be there too, he's got the talent but we'll see.

Im no egomaniacal sports host and i havent slept in a holiday express since my last hooker foursome in 06,

however, didnt the rams average about 29 points per game through 5 games.

Sure, goff is coffing up the (fur) ball more than my 20 lb cat who licks his fat ass 14 hours a day, and mcvay seems to get stuck forcing what isn't working while staying away from what has-2 TE sets and mid range middle looks-still we're putting up some points against good defenses.

I just bet a coworker 200 that the rams win at least 5 of the next 6 with a double down that we go further in the playoffs than his mccaffreek led panthers and i plan to collect.
