I've watched a few Broncos games this year and Miller lines up exclusively as a stand up, wide nine LB on the left side of the defense. Coincidentally, Leonard Floyd plays that some side. Though many have mentioned that Von has played other spots in the past, I'm interested in the board's prediction of where each will be utilized by Morris. Will they move Floyd or Miller to the right? If it's a combination, at what percentage do each play somewhere other than the left side? Do either slide inside either on the line or off ball? I'm curious what my fellow fans believe will happen...

I predict they move Floyd over left tackle when Miller comes in.

They did that some when Lewis was playing.

I don’t know if that will be an improvement though. Floyd feasts against right tackles.

Pretty much that.... Also, I wonder if they will put VM, AD, LF AND Lewis on the field in some packages...

Kind of like the old Giants "Jet front", playing 4 DE's against Brady & the Pat's in the SB.

Living in Colorado and watching the Broncos weekly, Von will definitely help in the run game. He’s not as fast as he was once was, but his pursuit is solid and he rarely misses tackles.

Screw it. Let them both line up in that spot on the same play. Right next to each other. Dare to be great. Or at least weird enough to confuse someone.

I don't know guys. I am thinking a little more out-of-the-box here.

Donald, Miller, Floyd and Ramsey stay on the sidelines; and hold-up a sign towards the opposing QBs.

The sign reads: If you score, we WILL come into the game.

He'll improve our team. A true pro that younger players can see what true work ethic is and aspire to.
No matter what if he can stay healthy he'll put our defense over the top.

I think there will be packages where one of the OLBs blitzes inside on passing downs. Imagine two coming from the outside the other timing an A gap blitz once the center commits to doubling AD.

I don't want to come off wrong, but will anyone actually break down where you think he will play? 90% from the left? 40% from the right? 20% as a run stuffer in the MLB position?

Sure hope so. And why not, on predictable passing plays? Anyway it would be interesting to see what would happen. And it's not like those guys can't tackle if it's a surprise run.

Von will play blindside. That is where I would put him at least because he is our best pass rusher and our second guy is a great strongside type.

I am sure they get flipped at times and moved around. But that's the way it should go as a base.

At first, mostly right side.
As weeks go by? All over.. including letting him be a joker.

DeMarco Farr was asked about where Von Miller would line up.He thought it was a interesting question, but said Von can play anywhere.
The Dallas DE was put on the blindside, but I can’t recall if Von has always preferred the strong side. Either way Floyd & Von can play both sides.
