I actually don't think that's too bad. I don't think the Rams could get much better than a 3rd for Sam.

Not from what I have been reading.
I read one article that quoted OC's and quarterback coaches from around the NFL as saying Sam was VERY popular with them.
And that if the Rams ever decided to get rid of him there would be "a line of teams" waiting to deal.

Yeah, if he was released. Not many teams can or are willing to take his contract, either. Now factor in his multiple injuries.

Well since Sam Bradford is better than RG3, I want the Vikes first and second this year plus a 2015 first and 2016 first.

If I were a Rams GM thinking of trading Bradford it would be next year when Marcus Mariota is in the draft.

Nope. The context is trade. Not pick up a cut.
Sam is viewed way higher than you think around the league.

Matter of fact, my buddy who is a Vikes fan said he did not believe this because "Bradford's good" why would the Rams do that? Then he said all the Vikes had was the number 8 pick in the first round and why would the Rams do something that drastic for "just" the eighth pick in the first round?

He's right. If the Rams traded Sam for the Vikes first rounder, Snisher should be fired.

Finally some sensibility regarding this topic!

This morning LaCanfora was on the morning after radio and was selling his move on from Bradford magic potion again. When he was asked if there was anything legit out there on Bradford being traded and he said nothing real but there was a rumor that Minny had talked about trading for Bradford. Pure Chicken Little speculation.

Snisher should be given the keys to the city if he could pull off the trade with the Vikes for the 8th pick and they get Bradford. I would do that trade asap and would not let the vikes even think about it.

It really is a St. Louis thing that Sam has "dogged it" to the point that the team should go in a different direction. Anyone can see that a decent offensive line would allow him to be the classic pocket passer he was meant to be.

Just think about it ... a team with that line and decent receivers could have an established young passer coming off of a 90.6 passer rating that would immediately make them look good.

And I really think that any team looking for their perfect fit at QB is going to pay any attention to their injury history.

If anything, his cap hit is the biggest deterrent.

Nope, not me.
If Snisher made that trade, I would give them the year to play it out.
But, what I would tell them is the FLOOR for the Rams in 2014 was an 11-5 or better record AND the playoffs.
Anything less and they're both fired. In that scenario they go 13-3 and for some reason miss the playoffs..........they're both fired!
They go 10-6 and make the playoffs, they're both fired!

If someone makes a trade like that they must be convinced that they will do better than what they would do with what they had. I expect the Rams with a healthy Bradford to win 10 games and 'maybe' make the playoffs. For me, they'd have to do better than that to justify a trade like that.

ummmm 2 pages go by and not one person asked if we get Adrian Peterson for Bradford.... you guys are slipping !!!!
