Saw a tweet the Ravens have lost 4 games by a combined 22 points. In those 4 games Justin Tucker has missed 22 points in kicks. Normally one of the absolute best
Yeah its crazy as he is considered one of the best kickers in the NFL. Difference there, even though he's more proven, is his head coach is not shying away from letting him kick himself out of his funk. McVay should do the same or just go with another kicker. I'm just not a fan of going for it on every 4th down and missing out on a possible 3 points.

One good thing I notice is McVay getting Tutu more snaps yesterday. Tutu had 2 receptions averaging 19.5 YPC. When will he see the value of Tutu...even as a decoy to strain the opponents secondary? He needs him against The Bills.

Hav did pretty good coming back and I'm certainly glad McClendon was inactive...that guy needs more work. The OLine started Jackson LT, Avila LG, Limmer C, Dotson RG, and Hav RT...that group was quite good.

Rozeboom has really come on...and it's weird because it was after Reeder went down that Rozeboom started to get better. He and Speights do ok together.

For the Bills, it's really gonna be a task for the Ram secondary because Allen can buy time and we know coverage will break down. Odds already show the Rams losing by 4.5 right now.

Didn’t get to see the game but happy they were able to hold on at the end. V8 closing out the game was beautiful.

I didn't see the Hill injury. Did it look bad or just a regular play that resulted in injury?

I still like the potential of Allen but he can be brutal in the blocking game. Long is certainly a better blocker but can be hit and miss as well.

Allen has shown a lotta potential in the passing game, but yeah, his blocking is not good enough to keep him on the field.
We all know by now, if you can’t block, you don’t play. I even saw Atwell sticking his face into somebody a couple of times this last game.

Thank God we pulled this one out. I had thoughts of the Bears game watching this. Still puzzled how we lost to that team and its still biting us in the ass. Love the push the OL got in the run game and vision our 2 backs had this game to cut when needed. Its becoming pretty clear that our OL is far better at run blocking then pass blocking. Let's lean into it. We have 2 stud RB's.

The defense played well for the most part, however, the secondary sure needs to improve. We desperately need a #1 CB.

Given time, Stafford is amongst the best in the league, when he is rushed, its a whole different story.

On to the next! GO RAMS!
The opening drive in the 2nd half was beautiful. The Rams ran it down the saints’ throats. My favorite part was big Rob blocking his man TOWARD the play so he could get behind KW and drive the whole damn pile into the end zone.
Welcome back #79.

…and wasn’t that drive what you envisioned when the Ram OL was predicted this summer?
Havenstein and Dotson were crushing people on Sunday.
THIS is the way the Rams offense can dominate and keep up with good teams.

…and yes, the defensive front is playing great. The secondary just has to be more reliable. Still, giving up only 14 points should keep you in every game.

I love seeing Omar Speights make one or two plays a game that remind me how long it's been since we had a true natural MLB and not just a tough WIL with a mic in his helmet.

I mean no offense to Ernest Jones, Witherspoon, Laurinaitis, Tinoisamoa or the others in the years since London Fletcher did it, but there's a fine line between guys like Speights and all those other dudes I named, and instincts for the middle. It's not about size or drill times.... some jobs just require certain instincts to really be done properly, like a MLB or a FB and there's simply nowhere near enough of these guys coming out for every team to have one.

He almost had his first int last weekend as well. Glad he's starting to play well

I've been noticing Rozeboom lately as well. Something has knocked his play to a higher level. Addition by subtraction with Reeder sidelined could be a factor.

Commentators made no mention of a knee injury.

They said it was a concussion. Hate it for him....seems like a good dude.

Weird decision to not kick the FG early.
McVay has done that a couple of times this year and it has not been a benefit. I assume it has more to do with having a play they he liked a lot situationally rather than not trusting the kicker.
The I wish he would use said play on THIRD down, lol...

Sometimes you rise to the level of competition.
Soo glad we've got Omar in for Reeder. When I saw him stand a RB straight up in the pre-season, I was like.... wow, so that's what a MLB looks like lol.

League min + ?
1.5-3 mill per season would work
Cant see why anyone would have a problem with that.
How much to keep Brown?
Browns play has been one of the main reasons the Rams have improved against the run (overall).
The Rams have some FAs they need/should keep.

The fourth down play was designed underneath to Tutu I believe. Kupp was clearing deep and Tutu was coming open at the sticks curling back inside.
The pass rush, as the Rams interior pass blocking folded immediately once again, didn't allow Stafford much time....so, he basically just threw it away.
