I don't think that just because Humph put the edge guy on his ass, that always makes it holding. Looked to me like the edge got off balance during his inside move, and Humph just pushed the defender down with his right hand. His left hand wasn't really involved with the play.Just watched the last 7 minutes I missed last night.
We got fucked again. The PI on Tu Tu was so obvious the announcers said it was PI. Puka is a BEAST. The hold was a hold........... I guess.
Puka on the sideline, the ball did move a tad so I get it. But if Stafford and Puka can just "decide" to throw it deep like that anytime they decide too.................................... do that shit in all 4 quarters !!!!!! Its like if Puka decides that ball is his, he just takes it. He is so fucking good and most don't realize it. Best WR in the NFL good.
Now that overthrow from Stafford, its hard to imagine how sweet that would have been if he caught him in stride for the easy TD with a few seconds left. It would have went Legend. All time comeback. Bang, in your face, we won you lost.
Sux
Refs are POS.
I think McClendon was actually the one holding and they called the wrong uniform # to be honestI don't think that just because Humph put the edge guy on his ass, that always makes it holding. The ref's shit show is over for that game now.
On to the AZ game.......
Agreed. Who would have thought we'd be 3rd in the nfc west with that record. Go figureIf you told me we’d end the regular season at 12-5, I would be pleased with that. I believe I had guessed at a similar record.
Been a huge problem. Swiss cheese when it matters most. Its tiring to see this D and shula do nothing when the game is on the line.
Yeah I'd want to look at that again, too. I just glanced at the rest of the line while looking primarily at 72 to see what happened.I think McClendon was actually the one holding and they called the wrong uniform # to be honest
We have a collective group of very average to bad DBs.So I just read that Darious Williams was a healthy scratch last night but Kendrick was active? WTF??? Kendrick shouldn't ever be active over Williams. Another head scratcher from the coaching staff.
Yeah we definitely don't have a stand out CB. I know Greg Newsome will be a FA next year and we should add someone else in the draft. There's options to improve but yeah, we have what we have this year. Kendrick shouldn't be active unless we someone else is injured. Leave his ass on the practice squad. Don't care if someone else snatches him up.We have a collective group of very average to bad DBs.
Probably a bottom 3 group in the NFL. Went into the season that way too.
And I don't trust an Aubrey Pleasant group at all.
I agree with everything but the Puka catch. As much as it was a phenomenal grab, it did come loose as he was coming down and he didn’t control it until he hit the ground. There was one angle that showed it pretty clearly.Now... about those unbelievable bad calls against the Rams.
That was 100% an amazing catch by Nucua at the end of the game.
That was absolutely defensive holding against Tutu Atwell on that bomb.
I saw three obvious holding calls against the Falcons that weren't called.
And the one call where the defensive player fell down in front of Humphries was absolutely NOT holding, (though Humphries looked pretty damn rusty).
Quisenberry couldn't look much worse could he?
I still think he caught it.....refs owe us, fuckin bastardsI agree with everything but the Puka catch. As much as it was a phenomenal grab, it did come loose as he was coming down and he didn’t control it until he hit the ground. There was one angle that showed it pretty clearly.
But there were several missed holding calls where the Ram player was looking like WTF?
Tutu was definitely interfered with and everyone but supposedly the refs saw it.
And that holding calls on Humphries was complete bullshit. That should have been a Puka TD on another amazing catch.
Not even close to bottom 3. The stats don't support that. The soft scheme is an issue also.We have a collective group of very average to bad DBs.
