The 11 different O-Line combinations in 11 games was because of injuries to nine different offensive linemen.Eleven weeks and eleven different starting O-lines is a management problem.
How is that a Management Problem?

So nine different o-line injuries are not a coincidence. The 11 different O-Line combinations in 11 games was because of injuries to nine different offensive linemen.

Agreed, great franchises don't make wholesale changes a season from a championship. That behavior is for the Jets, lions, etc.....Or, we could add a legit LT, edge rusher and come back healthy next year. We are not that far away from having a really good team once again.
The same Head Coach, Management and Training Staff were all in place in 2017 and 2018 when the Rams had no significant O-Line injuries and enjoyed tremendous continuity (as mentioned above). So nine different o-line injuries are not a coincidence.
Have no idea. How would I?What do you think McVay and/or Management are doing wrong; or not doing that they should be doing?
What else is it you see? Not being facetious. You may have something. I have been skeptical of some of his language and behavior before....and seemingly stubborn nature. Kinda pompous, like GrudenI will add in the presser that McVay blamed the player hitting him as a lack of awareness on the player.
McVay moved into the players path. Whose awareness should be in question? I would say most of us would find that a weird event on any level.
I have been a huge McVay fan but see some big cracks.
I will give him a big chance. Blaming a player for his own actions?
It quickly became a short leash.
The OL has not been intact since the first half of week 1I don’t blame McVay, but yeah a bad OL has a domino ripple effect throughout the entire team, including defense.
If we aren't winning AND guys aren't getting the chance to rack up some individual numbers/accolades.... It could become a problemWhat is shocking this year is the lack of sacks by our defense. We have always been know for crushing the qb but this year not so much.I think we all know the problem with that not happening.
Yes... we do know the problem.. they don't have enough pass rushing talent on their front, outside of Aaron Donald. What is shocking this year is the lack of sacks by our defense. We have always been know for crushing the qb but this year not so much.I think we all know the problem with that not happening.
That's fair.. but I said the same thing about Wolford.Bummed Perkins was so dysfunctional throwing and the overall command getting the plays off. The O line is so inconsistent that it makes everything hard to evaluate at the moment.
Well, those who see success can get to be a bit blind to what is really happening than what they believe is happening. What else is it you see? Not being facetious. You may have something. His anticipation, delivery and arm strength against a starting D was very disappointing, imo. He needs to make a quantum leap in his passing abilities if he wants a chance to stick. That's fair.. but I said the same thing about Wolford.
The one huge difference... Perkins simply does not have an NFL arm.
And I don't think there are any RPO concepts being put in for him.. You'd think that would help take advantage of his running. His anticipation, delivery and arm strength against a starting D was very disappointing, imo.
